【摘要】:随着计算机技术的不断发展,我们的生活和互联网的关系也越来越紧密。传统的条形码技术已经满足不了这个物流信息化的社会。取而代之的是具有防水、防磁、读取距离长、标签数据可加密、数据存储容量大等优点的射频识别技术。虽然在物流管理系统中使用RFID技术带来了很多便捷,但与此同时,它也伴随着一定的风险。由于RFID技术可以识别多个射频标签,所以当阅读器周围出现多个标签时,其发出的信号会将这些标签一起激活,从而导致多个标签会在同一时间向阅读器发送数据,阅读器在接受这些数据会产生冲突,以至于阅读器会出现信息误读和漏读的现象。为了解决RFID阅读器识别多个标签时存在的数据碰撞缺陷,本文分析目前国内外防碰撞算法改进的优缺点,并在现提出过的基于二叉树和四叉树的自适应防碰撞算法上增加八叉树搜索,并通过一系列算法分析验证基于八叉树的自适应多叉树搜索能够在有效地减少标签碰撞时隙的同时又能减少空闲时隙的产生,提高标签识别的吞吐率。为了更好地构建物流信息管理系统,本文将系统分为应用层、系统接口层、数据平台层和感知层。应用层负责所有的UI,包括管理员和用户对系统的交互体验。还负责提供所有软件的使用功能,主要包括了用户管理、库存管理、订单处理以及配送管理。系统接口层主要实现应用层和数据平台层的数据交互。数据平台层是为整个物流管理系统提供数据标准格式化存储和数据服务。感知层是以RFID射频识别技术作为底层硬件技术,实现在货物出入库、盘点以及配送过程中的信息采集。最后,本文实现了RFID技术在物流管理系统的库存管理与配送管理两个子系统中的应用,并对原型系统的功能进行了测试,表明本文提出的基于RFID技术的物流管理系统能够满足各种实际需求,有较强的实用性。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of computer technology, the relationship between our life and the Internet is becoming more and more closely. Traditional bar code technology has not met the logistics information society. Instead, it is a radio frequency identification technology, which has the advantages of waterproof, antimagnetic, read distance long, label data can be encrypted, and the storage capacity is large. The use of RFID technology in the logistics management system has brought a lot of convenience, but at the same time, it is accompanied by a certain risk. Since RFID technology can identify multiple RF tags, when multiple tags appear around the reader, the signals will be activated together, causing multiple tags to be read at the same time. In order to solve the problem of data collision when RFID reader identifies multiple labels, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the improvement of the anti-collision algorithm at home and abroad, and based on the two forked tree and the present. The adaptive anti-collision algorithm of the four tree increases the octree search. Through a series of algorithms, the adaptive multi tree search based on the octree can effectively reduce the time slot of the label collision and reduce the idle time slot, and improve the throughput of the label recognition. In order to build the logistics information management department better. In this paper, the system is divided into application layer, system interface layer, data platform layer and perception layer. The application layer is responsible for all UI, including the administrator and user's interactive experience to the system. It also provides the use function of all software, mainly including user management, inventory management, order processing and distribution management. The system interface layer is mainly implemented. The data platform layer provides data Standard formatted storage and data service for the whole logistics management system. The perception layer is based on RFID radio frequency identification technology as the underlying hardware technology, and realizes information collection in the delivery, inventory and distribution of goods. Finally, this paper realizes the RFID technology. In the two subsystems of inventory management and distribution management in the logistics management system, the function of the prototype system is tested. It shows that the logistics management system based on RFID technology in this paper can meet all kinds of practical needs and has strong practicability.
