国家基本医疗保险目录遴选数据库建设研究

【摘要】：目的:针对目前国内文献数量大,质量普遍低下的问题,提出建设专业数据库的途径,为决策者进行基本医疗保险目录遴选时提供证据与便利。方法:借鉴Cochrane、Micromedex、HIRA、国际药品价格指南以及澳大利亚资源项目与单位成本手册关于药品安全性、有效性、经济性系统评价/Meta分析数据库及价格数据库建设经验。结论与建议:以中国循证医学中心为平台,联合其分中心,并引入GRADE系统,建立量化、高质量的证据质量评估与推荐评级数据库,同时以省级平台为基本单位,建立中国医疗资源及价格数据库。
[Abstract]:Objective: to solve the problem of large quantity and low quality of literature in China at present, this paper puts forward the way of constructing professional database, which can provide evidence and convenience for decision makers to select the basic medical insurance catalogue. Methods: Cochrane Micromedex HIRAA, International Drug Price Guide and Australian Resource Project and Unit cost Manual were used for reference in the construction of drug safety, effectiveness, economy and systematic evaluation / Meta-analysis database and price database. Conclusion and suggestion: taking the China Evidence-based Medicine Center as the platform, combining its sub-centers, and introducing the Grade system to establish a quantitative and high-quality database for the evaluation and recommendation of evidence quality, at the same time taking the provincial platform as the basic unit. Establish Chinese medical resources and price database.
