【摘要】：为了加强海警部队机关的信息化建设,建立高效、安全、稳健的海警部队机关档案管理系统非常重要,信息化建设对于提升部队的战斗力具有重要的支撑作用和现实意义。论文针对海警部队档案管理的现状和信息化时期的新要求,对部队官兵的基础人事档案管理工作进行了全面、详细的调查研究后,围绕信息系统的需求分析,设计出一套以简洁明了的操作界面、思想设计灵活通用为主要特点的部队官兵档案信息管理系统。本文的工作主要包括:1.利用JBMP(Java Business Process Management)工作流引擎进行了第二次开发,实现档案审核工作流引擎设计,包括权限、角色、流程等设计。2.通过用户提供条件查询、模糊查询、分类统计等实现档案数据的共享,并结合J2EE框架中的分布式技术,实现其分布式管理。3.对于档案管理业务的梳理主要是对当前系统应用不足进行归纳,并对档案管理部门进行了详细的调研,利用UML(Unified Modeling Language)技术实现业务需求模型的建立,包括数据模型、用例模型等。4.将MVC(Model View Controller)设计模式融入到已有J2EE框架中,系统的用户界面采用JSP(Java Server Pages)的标签技术。管理系统主要实现了文件管理、用户权限管理、过程管理和查询统计等主要功能,该系统能够对各种类型的档案进行全面、集中管理,并将工作流引入档案核销过程中,增加了档案核销的审批流程管理,有效减少档案误删的可能性。
[Abstract]:In order to strengthen the information construction of the Marine Police Force, it is very important to establish an efficient, safe and stable file management system of the Marine Police Force. The information construction has an important supporting role and practical significance to enhance the combat effectiveness of the army. In view of the current situation of the file management and the new requirements of the information age, the paper makes a comprehensive and detailed investigation and study on the basic personnel file management of the officers and soldiers of the army, and analyzes the requirements around the information system. This paper designs a set of military officers and soldiers file information management system, which is characterized by simple and clear operation interface and flexible and general design. The work of this paper mainly includes: 1. JBMP (Java Business process Management) workflow engine is developed for the second time to realize the design of file audit workflow engine, including permission, role, process design and so on. The sharing of file data is realized by user provided conditional query, fuzzy query and classified statistics. The distributed management of file data is realized by combining with the distributed technology in J2EE framework. The main purpose of this paper is to sum up the deficiency of the current system application, and make a detailed investigation on the archives management department, and use UML (Unified Modeling language) technology to establish the business requirement model, including data model, use case model and so on. The MVC (Model View Controller) design pattern is integrated into the existing J2EE framework. The user interface of the system adopts the tag technology of JSP (Java Server pages). The main functions of the management system are file management, user authority management, process management and query statistics. The system can manage all kinds of files in a comprehensive and centralized manner, and introduce workflow into the process of file verification. Increased file verification approval process management, effectively reduce the possibility of file deletion.
