某小型企业办公自动化管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：近年来,办公自动化管理系统以科学技术作为基础,进入到一个全新的时代,在最先进的科学技术支持下,办公自动化管理系统的功能不断得到完善,处理的业务的能力也越来越强。随着办公自动化管理系统的功能不断增强,越来越符合大型企事业单位的对办公自动化管理的需求,同时他们也需要付出更高的成本,但是对于小型企业来说,他们需要的是成本低廉,功能模块符合小型企业要求的办公自动化系统。基于此种情形,在市场差异化战略的指导下,本文设计且实现了满足小型企业办公自动化管理需求的企业信息、企业绩效、职员天地等模块。本文在PHP、MySQL、phpmyadmin技术的基础上,构建了一个当前最流行的B/S结构的小型企业办公自动化系统。本系统的页面架构利用HTML的框架集来实现,同时利用CSS来控制页面的风格,通过php和JavaScript的结合来实现上述各个功能模块,并在实现功能的过程中,将相关数据存储到MySQL数据库。本文所介绍的小型企业办公自动化管理系统具有成本低、开发周期短、功能够用等优点,不仅满足了小型企业的需求,也为寻求开发此类软件市场的系统软件提供了一个好的样本。
[Abstract]:In recent years, based on science and technology, office automation management system has entered a new era. With the support of the most advanced science and technology, the functions of office automation management system have been continuously improved. The ability to handle business is also getting stronger and stronger. As the functions of the office automation management system continue to increase, it meets the needs of large enterprises and institutions for office automation management. At the same time, they also need to pay higher costs, but for small enterprises, What they need is a low-cost, functional module that meets the requirements of a small business office automation system. Based on this situation, under the guidance of market differentiation strategy, this paper designs and implements the modules of enterprise information, enterprise performance, staff space and so on, which can meet the needs of office automation management in small enterprises. Based on the technology of PHP SQL phpmyadmin, this paper constructs a small business office automation system with the most popular structure of B / S at present. The page architecture of this system is realized by the framework set of HTML, and the style of the page is controlled by php. The above function modules are realized through the combination of php and JavaScript, and the relevant data are stored in the database of MySQL in the process of realizing the function. The small business office automation management system introduced in this paper has the advantages of low cost, short development period, sufficient function and so on, which not only meets the needs of small enterprises, but also meets the needs of small enterprises. It also provides a good sample of system software to develop this kind of software market.
