基于微信平台的微警局系统设计与实现

【摘要】：在全球知识经济与信息化高速发展的今天,信息化成为各行各业创新发展的必然选择,微信作为推动移动互联应用发展的一个时代新产物,彻底地颠覆了人们传统的生活习惯,同时也促进了众多行业的变革。在此环境下,如何依靠互联网的便利,提高公安公共服务效率,改善人民群众办事满意度,成为一个值得研究的问题。本文以某公安部门业务为研究背景,分析了当前公安部门的业务办理流程,针对目前人民群众反映的办事难,服务效率底下等问题,提出开发微警局系统。根据具体的应用场景及需求确定了解决方案和技术措施,基于微信平台的微警局系统从功能上包括信息发布平台和业务管理平台两个方面。信息发布平台对外用于信息发布与交流,包括部门简介、新闻动态、政务公开等。业务管理平台主要是为工作人员提供在线办理和共享的工作平台,包括户政业务、110报警、失物招领、便民服务等功能模块。微警局系统的后台采用SpringMVC、MyBatis为开发框架,数据库服务器为关系数据库Mysql。该系统的实现可以大致分为PC端和移动端。前者实现对服务的管理和维护,使用Ext JS、Jquery技术,后者为群众提供信息交流及业务办理,以HTML5、CSS、JavaScript、Ajax等语言技术结合SPA模式的框架开发用户界面,采用PhoneGap的原生接口调用设备的硬件功能。本文主要包括以下几部分:系统研究背景及意义,系统相关技术介绍,系统分析、设计及实现,最后对系统测试和总结。测试结果表明,系统达到了设计的预期结果。本课题创新应用微信公众平台的方便快捷优势,并应用图片、视频、地理信息等移动互联网技术,相较传统的服务方式,更加便捷化、智能化,系统的使用提高了公安公共服务的水平,使公众得到了极大实惠。
[Abstract]:Today, with the rapid development of global knowledge economy and information technology, informatization has become an inevitable choice for the innovation and development of various industries. WeChat, as a new product of the era to promote the development of mobile interconnection applications, has completely subverted people's traditional living habits. At the same time, it also promotes the transformation of many industries. In this environment, how to rely on the convenience of the Internet, improve the efficiency of public security services, improve the satisfaction of the people, become a problem worthy of study. Based on the research background of a public security department business, this paper analyzes the business management flow of the public security department at present, and puts forward the development of the micro police station system in view of the problems that the people reflect at present, such as the difficulty in handling affairs and the lower service efficiency. According to the specific application scenarios and requirements, the solution and technical measures are determined. The micropolice system based on WeChat platform includes two aspects: information publishing platform and business management platform. Information publishing platform is used for information release and communication, including department profile, news dynamic, government affairs publicity and so on. The business management platform is mainly for the staff to provide online processing and sharing work platform, including household administration business alarm 110, lost and found, convenient services and other functional modules. The background of the micropolice system is based on Spring MVC and MyBatis, and the database server is relational database MySQL. The implementation of the system can be roughly divided into PC and mobile. The former realizes the management and maintenance of services, uses Ext JSU Jquery technology, and the latter provides information exchange and business management for the masses, and develops the user interface with the framework of HTML 5 / CSSU JavaScript Ajax and SPA model. The native interface of PhoneGap is used to call the hardware function of the device. This paper mainly includes the following parts: system research background and significance, system related technology introduction, system analysis, design and implementation, and finally test and summarize the system. The test results show that the system achieves the expected results. This subject innovates and applies the convenient and quick advantage of WeChat public platform, and applies the mobile Internet technology such as picture, video, geographical information, etc., compared with the traditional service mode, it is more convenient and intelligent. The use of the system has improved the level of public security services and greatly benefited the public.
