基于灰色层次分析的老年人APP用户体验评价模式研究
[Abstract]:With the popularity of mobile Internet, smart phone applications have become a part of people's lives. With the aging of the population, more and more elderly people begin to use mobile phone app, so the design of APP for the elderly has become the focus of human-computer interaction research. At present, the discussion of APP design for the elderly is mainly divided into two categories: analyzing the characteristics of the interaction between the elderly and the APP from the perspective of interactive behavior, and exploring the predictive research of the heuristic principle of APP design in the elderly; From the overall perspective, the APP user experience level of the elderly is comprehensively considered, and the evaluative study of the decision-making of aided design is carried out. At present, most of the researches focus on the predictive research, which focuses on the influence of the physical and psychological characteristics of the elderly on the design of APP. However, some studies have found that compared with young people, the elderly encounter more problems in interacting with APP, that is, the user experience of the elderly is not ideal. Therefore, this study will construct a set of user experience evaluation model suitable for the elderly APP from the angle of evaluation, which will help designers to understand the user experience level of the elderly APP objectively and assist their design decisions. Based on the relevant theories of user experience, grey theory, hierarchical analysis and group decision, the paper puts forward the evaluation model of elderly APP user experience based on grey hierarchy analysis through the analysis of the elderly group and mobile APP. Firstly, the evaluation system of APP user experience for the elderly is established, which is composed of three layers and 15 evaluation indexes. Then, the weight of the evaluation index is calculated by AHP, and the weight is treated in groups according to the relevant theory of group decision-making. Finally, the result of the APP user experience evaluation experiment is analyzed by grey relational analysis, and the user experience level of the elderly APP scheme is evaluated, and the optimal scheme is selected. In this study, an evaluation model of elderly APP user experience based on Grey Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is proposed, in which the grey relational analysis method is very suitable for the elderly APP user experience analysis. In addition, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), which integrates the thought of group decision making, effectively integrates the index weights from different stakeholders, which makes the evaluation results more objective. According to the results of the study, the APP user experience evaluation model based on grey hierarchy process can effectively evaluate the user experience level of the elderly APP, and help designers to find the ideal APP prototype for the elderly in the candidate project. A valuable design clue is obtained to provide the basis for product iteration.
