基于SharePoint的企业办公系统的设计与实现
[Abstract]:In the development of commercial society, modern companies urgently need to realize office automation online. Different systems within the company, various formats of document storage clutter, is not conducive to management and sharing. In addition, the traditional application procedures of paper approval are tedious, which often need to transfer paper between various departments, wasting time and low efficiency. In view of the above situation, I hope to set up a practical need of online office automation system. The Microsoft SharePoint platform effectively integrates all kinds of application business resources within the enterprise, and enables enterprise users to access the information of various business platforms through a single entry. Then, according to the scope of access information, the system information is displayed, and the leaders and business personnel at all levels of the enterprise no longer need to switch in multiple systems, but the unified business process approval processing is carried out. Based on this, the enterprise unified portal cooperative office management system based on SharePoint platform is different from the traditional application system integration, it is not to achieve cross-system business processing as the purpose. But stand in the enterprise management perspective, enhance scientific decision-making support, improve enterprise management and control in an all-round way. First, this paper discusses the research background and purpose of the subject, and then summarizes, analyzes and studies the history and present situation of the office system. Then, this paper discusses the related technology of office system, and summarizes the related knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint platform. Secondly, this paper analyzes the feasibility of developing cooperative office system based on SharePoint platform, and discusses the running environment and functional requirements of the system. Finally, this paper designs and implements the office system from three aspects: system architecture, portal and business function design, and development technology support. The characteristic and improvement of this paper lies in the establishment of cooperative office system by using SharePoint technology. The system adopts the B / S three-tier technology structure and has built-in workflow engine. It provides an open interface for function expansion and can completely realize the distributed management of office system.
