生物类软件的实现与应用

【摘要】:在科学技术急速发展的今天,通过计算机软件解决各行各业的实际问题是一种行之有效的提高生产效率的策略,当人们运用基础理论和知识解决实际问题时,不可避免的会遇到大量重复且繁琐的工作,若是有相应的软件得以开发利用,对于解决实际生产问题,提高生产效率具有重要作用。在诸多行业中,生命科学行业无疑是一类新兴的行业,该行业是以前沿研究型学科为依托,将基础的研究理论转化为一定的生产力从而进一步服务于上游的科研和下游的生产生活中,是一个十分有前景的新兴行业。目前生命科学类行业在欧美等发达国家体系较为完善,在农业生产、医药和疾病诊断等行业具有鲜活的生命力并创造了大量的价值,随着该行业的进一步发展,运用计算机软件技术提高该行业的运作效率无疑是其中的重中之重。在欧美等国家,以生命科学为基础的计算机软件开发较为顺利,人们开发了大量的软件及算法服务于生物学研究的各个方面及一部分实际生产中。当然,由于该领域是一个新兴领域,应用于科研类的软件较多。相比于国外生物领域软件的繁荣,国内则还处于起步阶段,这主要是由于该类软件的开发需要开发者应同时精通计算机软件编程和生物类基础知识两部分,或是分别有两者背景的人通力合作方能完成,国内的生物学研究应该已经步入了稳步发展阶段,但距离自成一个体系仍有一段距离,而国内科研人员所运用的生物学软件仍以外文软件为主,少有自主研发的软件,而服务于生产的软件更是空白,这对于高效开展生物学研究并转化为生产力是不利的。所以分析生物类软件的开发现状并根据其潜在的应用前景提出可能的发展趋势是一个具有前瞻性的课题。据此,本文将首先细致的分析国内外生物类软件的开发现状,着重介绍各类著名的国外的生物软件,这里包括依托网站及数据库建立的软件,分类总结各类软件的优缺点,提出可能的改进方向,其次,探索本国合适的软件开发道路,根据我国现有的生物学发展趋势归纳我国软件开发应该注意的问题以便完善需求分析,最后提出一些可能的软件设计构想,包括系统总体设计,需求分析,和编程语言选择。是国内的生物软件研发不在空白。综上所述,本文的立论依据在于:在国内生物类软件开发空白的大背景下,通过收集和分析现有的相关著名生物学软件的优缺点,寻找国内生命科学类软件可能的发展趋势,为更好的服务于生命科学研究和下游的实际生产提供帮助。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology, it is an effective strategy to improve production efficiency to solve practical problems in various industries by computer software. When people use basic theory and knowledge to solve practical problems, It is inevitable to encounter a large number of repetitive and tedious work. If the corresponding software can be developed and utilized, it will play an important role in solving practical production problems and improving production efficiency. Among many industries, the life science industry is undoubtedly a new kind of industry, which is based on the frontier research discipline. It is a promising new industry to transform the basic research theory into a certain productivity so as to further serve the upstream scientific research and downstream production and life. At present, the life science industry is relatively perfect in the developed countries, such as Europe and the United States. It has a lively vitality and creates a great deal of value in the fields of agricultural production, medicine and disease diagnosis. With the further development of the industry, The use of computer software technology to improve the efficiency of the industry is undoubtedly the most important. In Europe and America, the development of computer software based on life science is relatively smooth. People have developed a large number of software and algorithms to serve all aspects of biological research and part of the actual production. Of course, because this field is a new field, there are more applications in scientific research. Compared with the prosperity of foreign biology software, China is still in its infancy, which is mainly because the development of this kind of software requires developers to be proficient in both computer software programming and biological basic knowledge. Or if people from both backgrounds can work together to complete it, domestic biological research should have entered a steady stage of development, but it is still a long way from being a system of its own. However, the biological software used by domestic researchers is still mainly foreign language software, there are few self-developed software, and the software serving for production is even blank, which is disadvantageous to carrying out biological research efficiently and transforming it into productivity. Therefore, it is a prospective subject to analyze the current situation of the development of biological software and put forward the possible development trend according to its potential application prospect. Based on this, this paper will first carefully analyze the current situation of the development of biological software at home and abroad, focusing on the introduction of all kinds of famous foreign biological software, including the software based on website and database, and summarize the advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of software. The possible direction of improvement is put forward. Secondly, we should explore the suitable way of software development in our country, sum up the problems that should be paid attention to in software development in our country according to the current trend of biological development in our country, in order to perfect the requirement analysis. Finally, some possible software design ideas are proposed, including system overall design, requirements analysis, and programming language selection. Is the domestic research and development of biological software is not blank. To sum up, the basis of this paper is: under the background of the blank development of domestic biological software, through the collection and analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the existing well-known biological software, we can find the possible development trend of domestic biological science software. To provide better service for life science research and practical production downstream.
