企业移动办公信息系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:随着网络技术、软件技术和通信技术的飞速发展,具有良好客户操作感知,可扩展、可配置、可管理的移动办公系统已成为企业办公自动化系统的发展趋势。为了顺应这个趋势,解决作者所在公司办公信息系统的移动化问题,作者基于企业现有的网络环境和在用的信息化系统,开发了该公司移动办公信息系统。本系统软件由服务器端与客户端两大部分组成。服务器端为移动客户端应用程序提供代理平台,完成与后台各类应用系统的交互,支持应用系统移动化。服务器端软件主要包括企业OA系统、企业门户系统、生产运行管理系统、企业邮箱系统,提供移动数据交互服务、统一推送服务、智能更新服务、移动安全控制服务、短信发送服务、动态口令服务。移动客户端主要包括服务器端各类应用系统的人机接口,以及虚拟化客户端模块。整个系统基于B/S模式运行,实现了该公司现有信息系统的移动化应用。测试结果表明,本课题开发的移动办公系统实现了基于远程网络的移动终端安全接入服务模式,使信息系统摆脱了时间和空间的限制,提高了工作效率;另外将移动定制开发和虚拟化技术的有效结合,降低了企业信息系统移动化交付的成本和实施周期,较好地实现了企业传统办公系统的移动化交付。目前,该系统已在该公司应用,达到了系统预期目标,大大提高了该公司的办公效率。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of network technology, software technology and communication technology, mobile office system with good customer operation perception, extensibility, configurable and manageability has become the development trend of enterprise office automation system. In order to adapt to this trend and solve the problem of mobile office information system, the author develops the mobile office information system of the company based on the existing network environment and the information system in use. The system software consists of server and client. The server provides a proxy platform for mobile client applications, interacts with various application systems in the background, and supports the mobility of application systems. The server-side software mainly includes enterprise OA system, enterprise portal system, production operation management system, enterprise mailbox system, providing mobile data interactive service, unified push service, intelligent update service, mobile security control service. SMS service, dynamic password service. Mobile client mainly includes the man-machine interface of all kinds of application system on the server side and the virtualization client module. The whole system is based on B / S mode to realize the mobile application of the company's existing information system. The test results show that the mobile office system developed in this paper realizes the security access service mode of mobile terminal based on remote network, makes the information system get rid of the limitation of time and space, and improves the working efficiency. In addition, the effective combination of mobile customization development and virtualization technology reduces the cost and implementation cycle of mobile delivery of enterprise information system, and realizes the mobile delivery of traditional office system. At present, the system has been applied in the company, which has achieved the expected goal of the system and greatly improved the office efficiency of the company.
