电子签名审批与全过程的安全保障在OA系统中的实现
[Abstract]:With the continuous progress of information technology, especially security technology, communication technology and network technology, the degree of recognition and use of automation office is becoming more and more high, which has been widely used between the government and different types of enterprises. Automatic office system effectively improves office efficiency, speeds up the transmission of information, and saves paper office resources to a great extent. Since its birth, seals and signatures have played an important role in traditional office and business processes. In recent years, the electronic signature has been popularized and developed continuously, its technology is maturing day by day, and the law has also been recognized. Under this background, it is of great significance to apply electronic signature to OA office system. Firstly, this paper discusses the origin and background of the subject, introduces the development of OA office system at home and abroad, introduces the legislation of electronic signature, and discusses the legal effect of electronic signature. Then, from the basis of cryptography, this paper compares several common decryption and encryption schemes, and how to implement PKI and digital signature. Secondly, the virtual private network (VPN) technology and the three-layer C / S mode are introduced to ensure the security, convenience and expansibility of the system. Thirdly, the USBKEY authentication method used in this system is introduced. Then this paper analyzes the requirements of the system. The design and implementation of the system are studied, and the function module of the system is introduced and analyzed. Finally, the business process of the whole system is given.
