基于无线宽带的综合服务门户系统总体设计

【摘要】:随着4G通信网络的全面启用,电子化的生活服务走进了千家万户。目前移动运营商的竞争日益激烈,运营商应为客户提供更加便捷的服务,尤其是生活服务。因此如何增加客户粘度,拓宽服务领域是运营商面临的一个新的课题。同时,随着通信技术和智能终端的发展,人们对移动互联办理各种业务的需求越来越多,如何更好地为客户服务成为各个运营商需要面对的一个紧迫的任务。网络的速率越来越快,性能越来越稳定;同时智能终端的日新月异也对电信运营商的综合门户系统的建设提出了新的要求。本文设计了基于无线宽带的综合服务门户系统。以无线宽带为载体,充分结合移动互联技术、统一认证、云业务、物联网等关键技术与功能特征。从功能上把系统划分成了呈现域、支撑域和管理域三个层面,从技术上应用了ASP_BAS、WEB_BAS、ETL_BAS、RDP_BAS四种总线。在系统的功能设计时,结合功能架构的呈现域、支撑域和管理域的设计,设计了呈现系统、支撑系统以及管理系统。呈现系统分为了WEB、WAP、客户端三个方面。支撑系统分为了综合支撑、能力开放、智能分发、搜索引擎以及WAP适配几个模块。管理系统分为了运营管理、内容管理、运营分析、客户服务以及配置维护几个模块。对于系统的关键业务功能,设计了功能的业务流程,主要包括业务生成流程、业务使用流程、内容自动采编流程、能力开放流程和用户访问第三方业务。
[Abstract]:With the full use of 4G communication network, electronic life services into thousands of households. At present, the competition of mobile operators is increasingly fierce, operators should provide customers with more convenient services, especially living services. Therefore, how to increase customer viscosity and broaden service field is a new topic facing operators. At the same time, with the development of communication technology and intelligent terminals, people need more and more mobile interconnection to handle various services. How to better serve customers has become an urgent task for each operator. The speed of network is getting faster and faster, the performance is more and more stable, at the same time, the rapid development of intelligent terminals also puts forward new requirements for the construction of integrated portal system of telecom operators. This paper designs an integrated service portal system based on wireless broadband. With wireless broadband as the carrier, the key technologies and features of mobile interconnection, unified authentication, cloud service and Internet of things are fully combined. The system is divided into presentation domain, support domain and management domain, and four kinds of buses are applied from the aspect of ASPBAS-BASP basic and Web basic and RDPBAS. When designing the function of the system, the presentation system, the supporting system and the management system are designed in combination with the design of the presentation domain, the supporting domain and the management domain of the functional architecture. The presentation system is divided into three aspects: Web WAP, client. Support system is divided into integrated support, open capabilities, intelligent distribution, search engine and WAP adaptation several modules. The management system is divided into operation management, content management, operation analysis, customer service and configuration maintenance several modules. For the key business functions of the system, the business process of the function is designed, including the business generation process, the business usage process, the automatic content collection and compilation process, the ability to open the process and the user access to the third party business.
