呼和浩特供排水有限公司人事管理信息系统的研究与设计

【摘要】:随着信息技术的不断发展,计算机技术和网络技术已经应用在社会的各行各业之中,不断改变着人们的工作和生活方式。管理信息系统在人事管理工作中的应用具有一定的代表性,管理信息系统的应用,改变了人事管理工作的方式和效率。通过调研发现呼和浩特供排水有限公司现阶段的人事管理工作中存在一些问题,为对员工建立完整的电子人事档案和电子合同副本,员工的请假手续还以传统的人工审批流程,在进行员工招聘时,还依赖于第三方平台来进行等问题,不利于现阶段人事管理工作的开展。传统的人事管理方法存在弊端,会影响工作效率,降低人力生产效率。借助信息化技术对企业人事管理工作进行管理,是顺应时代发展和现实需要的,同时也是企业进行信息化建设的主要途径。基于以上论述,本文对呼和浩特供排水有限公司的人事管理工作以及现存的管理信息系统进行调研分析,总结和发现人事管理工作中存在的问题。经过调研分析之后,完成系统功能需求分析以及非功能性需求分析。本文针对呼和浩特供排水有限公司现阶段人事管理工作的需求,对系统的功能模块进行设计,将系统划分为八个功能模块,分别是组织架构管理模块、招聘管理模块、应聘管理模块、调动管理模块、档案管理模块、合同管理模块以及系统管理模块,使呼和浩特供排水有限公司的人事管理工作更加方便和快捷。呼和浩特供排水有限公司人事管理系统采用B/S架构,基于Java EE平台,使用Struts、Spring和Hibernate三个开源框架开发,系统的Web服务器使用Tomcat,系统的数据库服务器使用MySQL。系统在分析和设计阶段完全按照软件工程思想及流程而进行,运用UML对系统进行功能需求分析,运用流程图及时序图对系统的功能模块进行设计,确保了系统功能的完整性。呼和浩特供排水有限公司人事管理系统的应用,解决了呼和浩特供排水有限公司人事管理工作中存在的实际问题,具有很高的实际应用价值。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of information technology, computer technology and network technology have been applied in various industries of society, constantly changing people's work and life style. The application of management information system in personnel management has certain representativeness. The application of management information system has changed the way and efficiency of personnel management. Through investigation, we find that there are some problems in the personnel management work of Hohhot Water supply and drainage Co., Ltd. At this stage, in order to establish complete electronic personnel files and copies of electronic contracts for employees, the procedures for staff taking leave are also through the traditional manual examination and approval process. When recruiting staff, we also rely on the third party platform to carry out the problems, which is not conducive to the development of personnel management at this stage. There are disadvantages in traditional personnel management methods, which will affect the efficiency of work and reduce the efficiency of manpower production. The management of enterprise personnel management with the aid of information technology is in line with the development of the times and the needs of reality, and is also the main way for enterprises to carry out information construction. Based on the above discussion, this paper investigates and analyzes the personnel management work and the existing management information system of Hohhot Water supply and drainage Co., Ltd., and summarizes and finds the problems existing in the personnel management work. After investigation and analysis, the system functional requirements analysis and non-functional requirements analysis are completed. Aiming at the demand of personnel management in Hohhot Water supply and drainage Co., Ltd, this paper designs the function module of the system, and divides the system into eight functional modules, namely, organizational structure management module, recruitment management module, etc. The application management module, the transfer management module, the file management module, the contract management module and the system management module make the personnel management work of Hohhot Water supply and drainage Co., Ltd more convenient and fast. The personnel management system of Hohhot Water supply and drainage Co., Ltd adopts B / S architecture, based on Java EE platform, using Struts Spring and Hibernate three open source frameworks. The Web server of the system uses Tomcat, and the database server of the system uses MySQL. In the stage of analysis and design, the system is carried out in accordance with the software engineering idea and flow chart. The function requirement of the system is analyzed by UML, and the function module of the system is designed by using flowchart and timing diagram, which ensures the integrity of the system function. The application of personnel management system in Hohhot Water supply and drainage Co., Ltd. has solved the practical problems in the personnel management of Hohhot Water supply and drainage Co., Ltd., and has high practical application value.
