人眼对比度和色差阈值测试实验研究

【摘要】:人类探究世界,绝大部分是依靠了视觉,通过眼睛识别物体的亮暗、颜色、形状、大小、位置等信息。视觉具有获取信息速度快、信息量大等特点。如果人的视力出现问题,将极大的限制感知周围的信息和降低生活质量。随着科技的飞速发展,电子产品越来越普及,带来的视觉健康问题同样不容忽视。研究人眼的视觉特性可以为眼科疾病的诊断和治疗提供重要依据,同样也支撑图像和显示技术的发展。色差和对比敏感度函数是研究人眼视觉特性的两个重要指标。前者描述的是人眼对于色彩的分辨能力,是印刷业、染料业等行业的基础,体现着人眼的辨色特性;后者表征的是人眼在不同空间频率下的对比度阈值情况,是光学设计、图像显示等应用的基础,体现着视觉系统的空间特性。本文设计了可以实现测量人眼对比度和色差阈值的复用装置。以产生均匀面光源的四积分球结构为主体,在此基础上确定调色和调光方案以及相关装置的设计。对于对比度阈值测量方面,设计了对比度值可调的8个空间频率的对比度图案,并实施对比度阈值测试实验,绘制人眼对比敏感度曲线,把实验结果与临床使用的对比敏感度仪的实验结果进行对比讨论。对于色差阈值测量方面,设计了颜色和色差值可调的颜色刺激图样,选择临床医学上检测人眼辨色能力经常使用的红、绿、蓝和黄等4个颜色,进行色差阈值测试实验,得出人眼不同颜色的色差阈值,并评价常用的CIELAB和CIEDE2000色差公式在计算小色差的性能。本文得出的实验结果可以为眼科疾病诊断提供参考。通过大量的测试实验,表明搭建的人眼阈值测量系统满足对比度和色差阈值的实验要求。
[Abstract]:Human beings explore the world mostly by vision, through the eyes to identify the bright and dark objects, color, shape, size, location and other information. Vision has the characteristics of fast access to information, large amount of information. With the increasing popularity of electronic products, visual health problems can not be ignored. The study of human visual characteristics can provide important basis for the diagnosis and treatment of ophthalmic diseases, but also support the development of image and display technology. It is the ability of the human eye to distinguish colors, the basis of printing and dyeing industries, and reflects the color distinguishing characteristics of the human eye; the latter represents the contrast threshold of the human eye at different spatial frequencies, is the basis of optical design, image display and other applications, reflects the spatial characteristics of the visual system. A multi-use device for human eye contrast and chromatic aberration thresholds. The four-integrating-sphere structure for generating uniform surface light source is used as the main body. On this basis, the scheme of color modulation and light modulation and the design of related devices are determined. For the measurement of contrast threshold, eight spatial frequency contrast patterns with adjustable contrast values are designed, and the measurement of contrast threshold is carried out. In the experiment, the contrast sensitivity curves of human eyes were drawn, and the experimental results were compared with those of the contrast sensitivity instrument used in clinic. Color, color difference threshold test experiments are carried out, color difference thresholds of different colors of the human eye are obtained, and the performance of common CIELAB and CEIEDE2000 color difference formulas in calculating small color difference is evaluated.
