BIM可视化技术在装配式结构设计、施工中的应用研究
[Abstract]:During the development of prefabricated type in our country, due to the lack of information prejudgment and integration mechanism, the rationality of the scheme can only be verified by actual operation, and there is often a serious waste of resources such as compensation after the event. Among them, the most critical and most prominent impact is in the design and construction stage. Therefore, it is of great significance to improve the level of information prejudgment and integrated management for the development of assembly structure. This research synthetically applies the literature research method, the qualitative analysis method, the model analysis method, the contrast analysis method and the induction method. On the basis of analyzing the design and construction characteristics of the assembly structure, the application conception based on the BIM visualization technology is put forward. Aiming at the existing problems, this paper selects three engineering examples of assembly factory building, pool and humanoid overpass, synthetically applies BIM visualization technology from different angles, and comprehensively expounds and solves all kinds of problems in assembly structure design and construction. The application of BIM visualization technology in prefabricated structure design, construction or similar engineering is very effective, which is beneficial to the further development of assembly structure and the popularization and application of BIM technology in our country. The research results show that BIM visualization technology can effectively organize and represent assembly structure design and construction information. It can provide an effective way to solve the following problems: (1) integrate the design conflict and modify the design scheme; (2) quickly determine the hoisting point of the special-shaped large volume component; (3) discover the potential design irrationality of the node, component, etc. The optimal design is designed to ensure the rationality and maneuverability of the construction; (4) the optimization of the construction site and the traffic guide scheme under the complex limited terrain; (5) the simulation of the key processes and the guidance of the construction process.
