Y公司采购管理信息系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：随着社会的发展,我国石油产业也迅速发展起来,石油产业的发展关系到国民经济命脉,受到国家的重点关注。石油采购管理在石油生产管理中起着不可或缺的作用,采购管理作为被普遍认可的“企业第三利润源泉”,能够帮助石油企业降低成本、提高生产效率,进而提高石油企业的核心竞争力。一个采购管理信息系统是否能够真正适用,一定要结合不同企业的实际业务来设计。因此,结合现代信息管理技术,设计与开发适用于Y公司的采购管理信息系统很有必要。在本研究中,作者根据从事石油公司采购管理工作的经验,结合所学的专业知识,对Y公司采购管理信息系统进行了设计与实现。具体来说,本研究从Y公司采购管理信息系统的业务开始分析,确定了四个主要角色功能模块,分别为:采办部业务模块、仓管部业务模块、财务部业务模块和物流跟踪员业务模块。本研究对Y公司采购管理信息系统的研究主要涉及的技术有:在系统开发方面采用java开发技术,在数据库设计方面涉及SQL Server 2005数据库开发技术。在过程分析方面,采用UML面向对象分析方法来分析问题。从需求分析开始,对Y公司采购管理信息系统的分析分为功能性需求分析和非功能性需求分析。本研究使用面向对象分析方法,对Y公司采购管理信息系统的业务功能做了详细分析及论述,先将Y公司采购管理信息系统的业务运用业务用例描述出来,再将这些业务用例转变成系统用例,然后通过时序图与活动图等面向对象分析工具将Y公司采购管理信息系统的业务模型转化为系统模型,同时分析得出部分系统数据库表的设计,最终实现了Y公司采购管理信息系统的核心功能,并得出研究结论和展望。
[Abstract]:With the development of society, the petroleum industry of our country also develops rapidly, the development of petroleum industry relates to the lifeline of national economy, and is paid attention to by the state. Oil procurement management plays an indispensable role in oil production management. As a "third profit source", procurement management can help oil enterprises reduce costs and improve production efficiency. And then improve the core competitiveness of oil enterprises. Whether a purchasing management information system can really be applied must be designed in combination with the actual business of different enterprises. Therefore, it is necessary to design and develop a purchasing management information system suitable for Y Company with modern information management technology. In this research, the author designs and implements the purchasing management information system of company Y according to the experience of purchasing management in oil company and the professional knowledge. Specifically, this research begins with the analysis of the business of the Purchasing Management Information system of Y Company, and determines four main role function modules, namely, the business module of the acquisition department, the business module of the warehouse management department, the business module of the warehouse management department. Finance business module and logistics tracker business module. The main technologies involved in this research are as follows: java is used in system development and SQL Server 2005 database is used in database design. In the aspect of process analysis, UML object-oriented analysis method is used to analyze the problem. Starting from requirement analysis, the analysis of purchasing management information system in Y Company is divided into functional requirement analysis and non-functional requirement analysis. In this study, the business function of the purchasing management information system of Y company is analyzed and discussed in detail by using the object-oriented analysis method. First, the business use cases of the purchasing management information system of Y company are described. Then these business use cases are transformed into system use cases, and then the business model of purchasing management information system of Y Company is transformed into system model through object-oriented analysis tools such as timing diagram and activity diagram. At the same time, the design of partial database table is obtained, and the core function of purchasing management information system of company Y is realized, and the research conclusion and prospect are obtained.
