嵌入式无源激振信息处理与传输系统设计与实现

【摘要】:随着信息技术的高速发展,光纤通信以其传输频带宽、通信容量大等优点成为现代通信的重要组成部分。光缆作为光纤通信的传输媒介,它的指标影响着光纤通信的质量,光缆质量的检测是判定产品能否入网的重要环节。本课题设计了一种基于嵌入式的无源激振信息处理与传输系统。该系统可以配合其它光缆检测设备,通过对被控设备运行过程中振动信息的采集,采用PID算法处理反馈信息,在保证复杂环境下信息可靠传输的同时,实现测试信号的自适应调整。通过信息网络平台,实现对设备和环境数据的有效存储和管理。嵌入式系统由信号发生模块、信息处理模块和信息反馈模块组成。基于C8051F340的信息处理模块负责整个系统的控制与反馈信息的处理。以AD9833和MAX543为重要组成部分的信号发生模块能够按要求产生规定参数的波形,用以控制检测设备的运行。信息反馈模块由运放LF353N、AD637和A]D7705等部分组成。激振传感器采集的信息经反馈模块处理后传至信息处理模块。信息处理模块通过PID控制算法对信息进行处理,并根据结果重新调整信号发生模块的输出信号波形幅度,直至设备运行于预期状态。调节过程中,信息处理模块、信号发生模块、信息反馈模块和被控设备构成了闭环系统,实现了检测过程的自动化控制。信息网络平台是在LAMP环境下搭建的提供信息管理与存储的平台系统。通过采用基于Python的Web框架Django完成了平台的设计与实现。平台能够将光缆检测过程中的各种数据参数存储至服务器端,通过Web技术提供良好的数据展示方式便于信息的浏览与使用。对用户权限的划分实现了数据的安全访问控制。网络平台作为嵌入式系统的支持部分,与嵌入式系统协同运行,有利于光缆检测过程的监控与维护。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology, optical fiber communication has become an important part of modern communication because of its advantages of transmission bandwidth and large communication capacity. As the transmission medium of optical fiber communication, the quality of optical fiber communication is affected by its index. The quality detection of optical fiber cable is an important link to determine whether the product can be put into the network. In this paper, a passive excitation information processing and transmission system based on embedded system is designed. The system can cooperate with other optical cable detection equipment, by collecting vibration information during the operation of the controlled equipment, and using PID algorithm to process feedback information, which can ensure the reliable transmission of information in complex environment at the same time. The adaptive adjustment of test signal is realized. Through the information network platform, the effective storage and management of equipment and environmental data are realized. The embedded system consists of signal generation module, information processing module and information feedback module. The information processing module based on C8051F340 is responsible for the control of the whole system and the processing of feedback information. The signal generation module which takes AD9833 and MAX543 as important components can generate the waveform of specified parameters as required to control the operation of the detection equipment. The information feedback module is composed of LF353N,AD637 and A] D 7705. The information collected by the excitation sensor is processed by the feedback module and transmitted to the information processing module. The information processing module processes the information through the PID control algorithm and adjusts the amplitude of the output signal waveform of the signal generation module according to the result until the equipment runs in the expected state. In the adjustment process, the information processing module, the signal generation module, the information feedback module and the controlled equipment constitute the closed-loop system, which realizes the automatic control of the detection process. Information network platform is a platform system which provides information management and storage under LAMP environment. The design and implementation of the platform is accomplished by using Web framework Django based on Python. The platform can store all kinds of data parameters in the process of optical cable detection to the server, and provide a good way of data display through Web technology to facilitate the browsing and using of information. The partition of user rights realizes the secure access control of data. As the supporting part of the embedded system, the network platform works with the embedded system, which is beneficial to the monitoring and maintenance of the optical cable detection process.
