基于技术成熟度的复杂产品研制流程研究
[Abstract]:The development of complex products usually involves many disciplines and fields. The development cycle is long and the investment is large. How to make the development process efficient, low cost and low risk has become a very meaningful research. This paper takes aeronautical products as an example, through analyzing the characteristics of aviation product development, designs a set of complex product development process based on technology maturity, which can guarantee the development efficiency and control the development risk. It provides a new idea for complex product development process control. The existing complex product development model is mainly composed of digital technology and parallel collaborative development. The process control is carried out through the maturity of the product data distributed between upstream and downstream of the development process. This model does not deal with the maturation of the technology in development, which often leads to great hidden trouble in the research and development activities due to the immaturity of the adopted technology. Based on this, the main work and innovation of this paper are as follows: (1) aiming at the possible development risk caused by technology maturity in complex product development, the concept of technology maturity is proposed to describe the mature state of technology in its life cycle. The technology maturity grade is determined by the technology maturity evaluation method, and the product development risk is judged according to the technology maturity grade. In the technology maturity evaluation, a method based on rough set and information entropy is proposed to identify the key technical elements, which solves the shortcomings of traditional recognition methods, such as relying too much on the subjective opinions of experts and requiring a large amount of prior knowledge. The technology maturity evaluation work cycle is shortened and the application scope of technology maturity is expanded. (2) the technology maturity is applied to specific complex product development activities and the collaborative development process of complex product based on technology maturity is put forward. There is no extensive application maturity to control the development risk in the existing complex product development, and some products only use the digital model maturity to control the process of development activities. In this paper, the application scope of technology maturity is expanded. It is applied to the process of product development, and the research activities corresponding to different technology maturity levels are worked out, and the collaborative development process based on technological maturity is constructed. (3) A software for evaluating and managing the technological maturity of aviation product development is designed and developed. The whole process function of technology maturity evaluation and development process control based on technology maturity are realized by software.
