公安电子物证勘验管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：本文论述公安电子物证勘验管理系统的软件设计与实现。该系统的开发目的是面向不断增大的计算机犯罪案件中对电子物证在受理、勘验、分析、保全、监督等方面的管理所面临的挑战,切实改善以往在电子物证检验管理工具功能不够全面和适应性不够灵活的情况。本文首先概述该系统的开发理论基础、技术基础和应用背景综述,接下来对公安电子物证勘验管理系统的需求分析进行了讨论,着重分析了其中最常用的审批模块、预检模块、保全模块、监督模块的需求内容,并建立了主要的案例模型。基于公安机关电子物证勘验警务活动实际需求为指导,本文重点讨论了电子物证勘验管理系统的软件设计与实现、数据库设计以及主要模块的设计方法,最后从程序实现的角度概述了公安电子物证勘验管理系统的实现与测试情况,给出了部分运行实例和测试实例。在充分调研了该系统实现的关键技术基础上,结合当前公安机关电子证据检验的警务运作模式,对本系统的各个功能进行了分类划分。并使用B/S结构、LAMP平台、工作流等技术,解决了公安机关在电子物证勘验活动中的业务信息流及数据交换的各种复杂问题,显著提升了我局对电子证据勘验管理的效率和规范性,特别是使委托单位和执法监督部门得以及时掌握电子证据检验的进度和证物保全状态,有利于提高电子证据检验鉴定实验室的运作效率和检验程序的规范化。目前,公安电子物证勘验管理系统已经部署完毕,并进行了试运行,经过一段时间的试用表明,本系统性能优良,运行安全,使用便捷,极大的提高了公安机关电子物证勘验实验室的勘验检验效率,提高了打击各类刑事犯罪的能力,达到了预期的效果。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses the software design and implementation of the electronic physical evidence inspection and management system for public security. The purpose of this system is to face the challenges faced by the management of electronic material evidence in the growing number of computer crime cases in the aspects of acceptance, investigation, analysis, preservation, supervision, etc. To improve the function and adaptability of the electronic evidence inspection management tools. This paper first summarizes the development theory foundation, technical foundation and application background of the system, then discusses the demand analysis of the public security electronic physical evidence inspection and management system, focusing on the analysis of the most commonly used examination and approval module, pre-check module. Security module, monitor the requirements of the module, and set up the main case model. Based on the actual requirements of police activities of electronic physical evidence investigation in public security organs, this paper mainly discusses the software design and implementation of electronic physical evidence inspection management system, the design of database and the design methods of main modules. Finally, from the point of view of program realization, this paper summarizes the implementation and test of the public security electronic physical evidence inspection and management system, and gives some examples of operation and test. On the basis of investigating the key technology of the system and combining the current police operation mode of electronic evidence inspection of public security organs, the functions of the system are classified and divided. And by using the B / S structure of lamp platform, workflow and other technologies, various complicated problems of information flow and data exchange between public security organs in the electronic physical evidence inspection activities have been solved, and the efficiency and standardization of our bureau's examination and management of electronic evidence have been greatly improved. In particular, the entrustment unit and the law enforcement supervision department can grasp the progress of electronic evidence inspection and the state of evidence preservation in time, which is helpful to improve the operation efficiency of the electronic evidence inspection and identification laboratory and the standardization of the inspection procedure. At present, the public security electronic physical evidence investigation and management system has been deployed, and has been put into trial operation. After a period of trial, it has been shown that the system has excellent performance, safe operation and convenient use. It greatly improves the efficiency of the investigation and inspection of electronic physical evidence inspection laboratory of public security organs, improves the ability of cracking down on all kinds of criminal crimes, and achieves the expected results.
