基于Spring的学生就业求职管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：随着市场经济的蓬勃发展,如何能够招聘到具有真才实学的职员是企业首当其冲考虑的问题,而找到理想的工作、最大限度的发挥自己的聪明才智也是需要求职者在求职过程中深思熟虑的事情。人才招聘和学生就业问题不仅关系到个人价值的实现和企事业单位的发展,也是整个社会发展的重要问题。利用信息技术在招聘企业和应聘学生之间建立合理的沟通平台,一方面能够帮助企业节约招聘开销、广纳贤才;一方面可以指导新毕业学生及时有效的获得招聘信息,选择适合自己未来发展的工作机会。学生就业求职系统针对各类招聘求职各种信息的收集、分析和管理过程中存在的问题,把在信息化管理科研方面的成果高效地应用到求职信息管理中,充分发挥信息化技术发展对这方面信息管理所起到的支撑作用和关键作用。本文在社会及招聘应聘双方的需求基础上,给出了学生就业求职管理系统的设计与实现过程。学生就业求职管理系统以传统招聘流程为依据,为招聘企业和应聘学生双方提供服务。除了传统的信息展示、检索和发布功能外,系统还帮助学生及时获得企事业单位的招聘信息,选择意向单位并提交电子简历。基于关键字的兴趣信息收藏和关注功能帮助学生锁定感兴趣的企业或招聘信息,自动获得目标检索结果。系统的分析与设计过程使用面向对象的设计原则,给出了系统分析用例图,系统数据库设计的表图、属性定义以及数据库表间的关系定义,以及系统详细设计的类图、关键方法说明和类之间的依赖关系。模块内部链接紧凑,模块之间耦合度低。系统层次分明,使用B/S结构设计,前端开发与数据交换层和业务逻辑层分割明确,系统具有较好的性能。同时,系统的开发选择了流行的Spring Framework,在类和模块间通信使用了依赖注入技术,保证了系统运行时的开销和安全性。成熟的Spring框架拥有的社区和资料支持则降低了开发难度、缩短了开发周期,保证了系统的稳定性和质量。系统后台数据库的支持选择了新版的SQL Server 2014,为系统的数据存储和查询提供了强大支持。其中,SQL Server 2014数据库在海量数据分析、云存储等方面的支持和新特性,为应用的扩展提供了保障。系统界面设计采用了流行的扁平化设计思想,用户界面设计友好、简洁明快、操作简单。最后,根据系统特征给出了建议的系统部署方式,并从用户的角度对系统进行了全面的功能测试。本文依据传统的线下招聘流程,使用标准的软件工程过程和面向对象的设计思想,对招聘和求职过程进行抽象,完成合理的系统分析与设计。系统特色功能包括招聘应聘信息的发布和查询、用户角色分配、邮件群发、电子简历在线投递和兴趣信息的关注,系统设计同时包括面向招聘单位和应聘学生的用户权限划分。结果表明,系统功能全面、可行性高,能够满足求职过程实际需要,同时对同类系统的设计有一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:With the vigorous development of the market economy, how to recruit talented and practical staff is the most important consideration for enterprises. To find an ideal job and maximize their intelligence is also a matter for job seekers to ponder in the process of job hunting. The realization of human value and the development of enterprises and institutions are also important issues for the development of society as a whole.Using information technology to establish a reasonable communication platform between recruitment enterprises and candidates can help enterprises save recruitment costs and recruit talents.On the one hand, it can guide new graduates to obtain timely and effective recruitment information. Student Job-hunting System aims at collecting, analyzing and managing all kinds of job-hunting information. It applies the achievements of scientific research in information management to job-hunting information management efficiently, and gives full play to the information technology development to this information management institute. This paper gives the design and implementation process of the student employment and job-hunting management system based on the needs of both the society and the recruitment and applicants. The student employment and job-hunting management system is based on the traditional recruitment process and provides services for both the recruitment enterprises and the students. In addition to the function of soliciting and publishing, the system also helps students to obtain the recruitment information of enterprises and institutions in time, select the intention units and submit electronic resumes. The principle of object-oriented design is given, including system analysis use case diagram, table diagram of system database design, attribute definition, relation definition between database tables, class diagram of system detailed design, key method description and dependency between classes. At the same time, the development of the system chooses the popular Spring Framework and uses dependency injection technology in class and module communication, which ensures the system running cost and security. Support reduces the difficulty of development, shortens the development cycle, guarantees the stability and quality of the system. The new version of SQL Server 2014 is selected to support the backend database, which provides strong support for data storage and query. Among them, SQL Server 2014 database supports massive data analysis, cloud storage and other aspects and new features. The system interface design uses the popular flat design idea, the user interface design is friendly, concise and lively, and the operation is simple. Finally, according to the system characteristics, the proposed system deployment method is given, and the system is fully tested from the user's point of view. Recruitment process, the use of standard software engineering processes and object-oriented design ideas, the recruitment and job-hunting process abstraction, complete a reasonable system analysis and design. The results show that the system has comprehensive functions and high feasibility, and can meet the actual needs of the job-hunting process. At the same time, it has certain reference significance for the design of similar systems.
