某市公务员招考信息系统设计研究

【摘要】:公务员招考系统有效提高招考工作效率,减少招考工作中人为操作错误,为招考信息公开提供技术保障。本文以河南某市公务员招考工作为研究背景,设计开发公务员招考信息管理系统,为该市公务员招考工作提供支持。本文按照软件工程相关理论展开对于公务员招考系统的设计与开发研究,文章的主要贡献可以概括为如下几点:(1)全面分析了招考工作中用户的实际业务需求,分析了系统应当具备的功能指标。划分系统使用者为若干参与者,分析了每一类参与者对于系统的功能用例要求。研究了招考工作中的若干重要业务的处理流程,通过业务流程图的形式构建了流程模型。(2)根据系统功能模块结构划分,设计了支持各模块运行数据存储的数据库ER模型。综合各模块的局部模型,得到系统总体ER模型,并将其转化成为数据库关系结构模型。(3)构建了系统开发平台,设计了软件分层结构方案。详细设计了支持系统功能实现的各层次类和方法,完成了系统程序实现。本文的技术特色主要体现在如下方面:采用J2EE作为信息系统开发技术,运用框架组合的方式对于平台进行了搭建。按照层次内部功能内聚、层次之间低耦合的设计方法,将系统划分成为Web层、逻辑层、DAO层等若干功能层次结构。根据层次结构的划分,对于系统的各功能相关的业务处理类和方法进行了设计。以层次之间的方法有序调用,实现了各项功能处理。设计了支持系统功能运行的用户界面,满足了系统使用者的数据显示要求。本文研究所形成的招考信息管理系统在河南某市公务员招考工作中得到了实际应用,有效提升了公务员招考工作效率,保障了招考工作的公开、公正、透明。
[Abstract]:The civil servant recruitment system effectively improves the efficiency of the recruitment work, reduces the human error in the recruitment work, and provides the technical guarantee for the publicity of the examination information. Based on the research background of civil servant recruitment in a certain city of Henan, this paper designs and develops an information management system for civil servant recruitment, which provides support for civil servant recruitment in Henan province. According to the theory of software engineering, this paper studies the design and development of the civil servant recruitment system. The main contributions of the paper can be summarized as follows: (1) the actual business needs of the users in the recruitment work are comprehensively analyzed. The functional index of the system is analyzed. The system users are divided into several participants, and the functional use case requirements of each class of participants are analyzed. This paper studies the processing flow of some important business in the recruitment work, and constructs the process model through the form of business flow chart. (2) according to the structure division of the system function module, the database ER model which supports the running data storage of each module is designed. By synthesizing the local models of each module, the overall ER model of the system is obtained and transformed into a database relational structure model. (3) the system development platform is constructed and the software layered structure scheme is designed. The classes and methods supporting the realization of system functions are designed in detail, and the system program is implemented. The main technical features of this paper are as follows: using J2EE as the information system development technology, the platform is built by the way of frame combination. According to the design method of internal functional cohesion and low coupling between layers, the system is divided into several functional hierarchies, such as Web layer, logical layer and Dao layer. According to the division of hierarchy, the business processing classes and methods related to each function of the system are designed. In order to order the method between the layers, the processing of various functions has been realized. A user interface supporting system function is designed to meet the data display requirements of system users. The information management system formed in this paper has been applied in the civil servant recruitment work in a certain city of Henan province, which has effectively promoted the efficiency of the civil servant recruitment work and ensured the openness, fairness and transparency of the recruitment work.
