大庆燃气生产运行综合管理信息系统的研究与实现

【摘要】:本文根据业务发展需求为大庆燃气公司设计开发了生产运行综合管理信息系统,这一系统以计算机网络为基础,对现有应用系统进行信息整合与管理,为生产指挥提供可参考的决策依据,为相关部门和社会各界提供不涉密的数据共享。本课题在国内外现状调研和燃气企业“数字燃气”、“数字市政”建设背景基础上,以GIS和SCADA系统为依托平台,利用WebService技术、系统集成和GPS定位技术等设计实现了大庆燃气生产运行综合管理信息系统。为大庆燃气生产运行管理提供完善、优质和高效的信息服务。系统开发采用目前最先进的SOA架构,利用ArcGIS Server平台,通过WebService实现管网数据的对外服务和系统接口,在Web上完成一系列管网GIS系统功能,便于系统的推广和集成。系统实现了地形图的管理、管网数据的查询统计报表、管网空间分析、动态维护等功能,实现各应用服务的统一架构、统一身份管理、统一权限管理、统一访问入口、统一界面风格、统一数据传输标准等,全面提升了大庆燃气公司的生产运行管理水平。
[Abstract]:According to the requirement of business development, this paper designs and develops the production and operation integrated management information system for Daqing Gas Company. The system is based on computer network and integrates and manages the existing application system. Provide reference decision basis for production command, provide non-secret data sharing for relevant departments and social sectors. On the basis of the domestic and international investigation and the construction background of "Digital Gas" and "Digital Municipal Services" in gas enterprises, this project is based on the GIS and SCADA systems, and makes use of WebService technology. System integration and GPS positioning technology are used to design and implement Daqing Gas production and Operation Integrated Management Information system. Daqing gas production and operation management to provide perfect, high-quality and efficient information services. The development of the system adopts the most advanced SOA architecture, uses the ArcGIS Server platform, realizes the external service and the system interface of the pipe network data through WebService, completes a series of pipe network GIS system functions on the Web, facilitates the system promotion and the integration. The system realizes the functions of topographic map management, network data query and statistic report, pipe network space analysis, dynamic maintenance and so on. It realizes the unified structure of application services, unified identity management, unified authority management, unified access to entrance, etc. Unified interface style, unified data transmission standards and so on, improve the production and operation management level of Daqing Gas Company.
