D公司的软件开发流程优化研究

【摘要】:本论文通过D公司软件项目产品开发的具体现状,针对软件项目存在的研发交付周期延误的问题进行原因分析和研究,找出需要优化的两个流程,即:项目管理流程、运维服务管理流程。运用流程优化的相关理论知识和泳道流程图等工具,围绕项目延期这个问题流程进行流程优化。优化项目管理流程主要是采用ESIA方法和ASME表格工具找出关键原因,区分增值与非增值步骤。通过删除非增值流程步骤,简化和整合其他剩余流程,并使用自动化工程方法减少流程环节中重复的劳动部分,使之流程更轻量和快速,从而达到缩短软件开发周期的目的;最后针对项目实践流程优化的结果,提出具体衡量绩效标准对软件开发流程优化做出了评价,项目交付周期和项目质量都有显著提升,取得了较好的优化效果。通过本次流程优化研究和试点项目实施,运用流程优化方法改造现有软件开发流程,本论文的流程优化不单单局限于项目管理流程,而是将项目管理流程和运维管理流程作为软件开发流程的整体进行统一优化,为D公司的软件开发提出了一种更为敏捷高效的流程和相关方法。该优化方法对于软件公司和互联网公司开发新产品具有一定的应用和参考价值,对D公司后续项目的开发有重要的借鉴和参考意义,有必要进一步总结改善并加以推广。
[Abstract]:Based on the current situation of D company's software project product development, this paper analyzes and studies the reasons for the delay in the R & D delivery cycle of the software project, and finds out two processes that need to be optimized, that is, the project management process. Operation and maintenance service management process. Based on the theoretical knowledge of process optimization and the flow chart of swimming lane, the process optimization is carried out around the problem of project extension. The main purpose of optimizing project management is to use ESIA method and ASME form tool to find out the key reasons and to distinguish the value-added and non-value-added steps. By deleting the non-value-added process steps, simplifying and integrating other remaining processes, and using the automation engineering method to reduce the duplication of work in the process, make the process lighter and faster, so as to shorten the software development cycle. Finally, according to the results of project practice process optimization, a concrete performance measurement standard is put forward to evaluate the software development process optimization. The project delivery cycle and project quality have been significantly improved, and good optimization results have been achieved. Through this process optimization research and the pilot project implementation, uses the process optimization method to transform the existing software development process, this paper process optimization is not limited to the project management process, Instead, the project management process and the operation and maintenance management process are unified and optimized as the whole software development process, and a more agile and efficient process and related methods are proposed for the software development of D Company. This optimization method has certain application and reference value for software companies and Internet companies to develop new products, and has important reference significance for the development of follow-up projects in D company. It is necessary to further summarize and improve and promote the new products.
