辽宁省优秀科技工作者评审系统的设计与实现
[Abstract]:Liaoning Province outstanding science and technology workers evaluation and recognition work, is facing the province's vast number of scientific and technological workers to carry out an important activity. In the process of declaration and recommendation, the functional departments need to audit the paper material submitted by the applicant, which not only wastes manpower and material resources, but also makes mistakes. In the process of review, the experts can talk face to face, which is easy to be influenced by the environment and mutual opinions, which leads to the result of the review can not be completely fair and just. In order to solve these problems and speed up the process of E-government of provincial government, it has become an urgent problem to realize the evaluation system of excellent scientific and technological workers in Liaoning Province. By analyzing the business process of Liaoning Provincial excellent Science and Technology worker Evaluation system, this paper designs and implements four subsystems, including application subsystem, recommendation subsystem, review subsystem and integrated management subsystem. The four roles of recommendation unit, review expert and super administrator can realize the functions of applying by science and technology worker, recommending unit up, initial evaluation of expert group, final evaluation of review committee and comprehensive management of super administrator, etc. The first round of review is carried out in the subject group, and the final evaluation of the panel determines the winner. The management functions of super administrator include system management, user information management, subject group management, candidate information management, quota allocation management, voting management and recommendation unit management. In the process of system development, the Myeclipse integrated development platform, MySQL lightweight database management system and Tomcat server are adopted, and the key technologies such as Spring framework, Mybatis persistence layer framework, jQuery library and DWZ client framework are adopted. It makes the development of the system easier and the function of the system more perfect. In order to verify the correctness and practicability of the system, the system is tested in black box. The test results show that the system can basically meet the functional requirements of Liaoning Association of Science and Technology, and the interface is beautiful. Simple operation, high stability and reliability, can greatly improve the work efficiency of the organizers.
