基于云计算平台的企业项目管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:随着企业高速化的发展和业务板块的快速扩张,企业的业务管理越来越多的趋向于项目化管理。公司中每一个具体的项目都是相对独立的,由于项目的不断增多,多个项目的流程和相关环节交织在一起,增加了项目管理难度。随着计算机信息化技术的发展,云计算的概念被提出,IT企业也已初步使用了云计算服务平台,取得了良好的成果。结合云计算的技术特点和项目管理的相关特征,将云计算用于项目的管理上,可以使项目管理流程简洁化和易启动,从而使项目能够快速平滑的推进。同时,一旦项目结束了,就意味着这个项目管理的各种资源可以被释放,所有的云资源可以被回收用于下一个项目,这样提高资源利用的灵活性和高效性,减少重复投资,这就大大降低项目管理的成本。通过分析传统企业信息化落后的问题,结合互联网+的发展模式,对企业传统业务进行分析,将云计算技术纳入到企业的信息化管理中,实现企业的信息化管理,采用虚拟化技术和多用户数据库技术,对集团公司和下属机构的日常工作流进行分析,得到需求分析,根据需求分析建立系统。本文从企业的项目分析开始,分析项目管理系统与云计算结合的意义,分析了学术界和工业界在云计算技术和项目管理信息化技术的发展现状,本文分析了云平台基本的架构及其关键技术,分析了企业项目管理系统的需求背景以及项目管理系统的业务模式和业务流程,做项目需求分析并设计项目总体架构。对云平台项目管理系统中的核心子系统:项目评估系统、项目管理系统做了详细的系统设计以及介绍了实现方法。论文最后总结了本论文的研究内容,指出了本论文设计方案的优缺点,并且对未来的工作进行了规划。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of enterprise and the rapid expansion of business sector, more and more business management tends to project management. Each specific project in the company is relatively independent, because of the increasing number of projects, the process of many projects and related links are intertwined, which increases the difficulty of project management. With the development of computer information technology, the concept of cloud computing has been put forward, and IT enterprises have initially used cloud computing service platform, and achieved good results. Combining the technical characteristics of cloud computing and the related features of project management, using cloud computing in project management can make the process of project management simple and easy to start, so that the project can be promoted quickly and smoothly. At the same time, once the project is over, it means that the various resources managed by the project can be released and that all cloud resources can be recycled for the next project, thus increasing the flexibility and efficiency of resource utilization and reducing duplication of investment. This greatly reduces the cost of project management. By analyzing the backward problems of traditional enterprise informatization, combining with the development mode of Internet, this paper analyzes the traditional business of enterprise, brings cloud computing technology into enterprise information management, and realizes the information management of enterprise. By using virtualization technology and multi-user database technology, the daily workflow of group company and subordinate organization is analyzed, and the requirement analysis is obtained, and the system is established according to the requirement analysis. This paper begins with the project analysis of enterprises, analyzes the significance of the combination of project management system and cloud computing, and analyzes the development status of cloud computing technology and project management information technology in academia and industry. This paper analyzes the basic architecture of the cloud platform and its key technologies, analyzes the background of the enterprise project management system, the business model and business process of the project management system, makes the project requirement analysis and designs the overall project architecture. The project evaluation system and the project management system are designed and implemented in detail. Finally, the thesis summarizes the research contents, points out the advantages and disadvantages of the design scheme, and plans the future work.
