移动通信设备信息管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:在企业的日常管理工作,尤其是作为通信企业,通信设备的数量众多,各个设备的使用周期不尽相同,以往采用人工或者简单工具软件进行管理时候,容易造成数据信息记录出现错误或者丢失,影响了日常设备信息管理工作,造成了设备管理不善,增加了企业的工作成本,因此在信息化的社会,如何采用信息管理系统对设备进行更好的管理成为当今急切需要研究的问题。针对上述的问题,开始对移动通信设备管理系统进行开发,首先阐述系统的应用背景、研究意义、国内外研究现状等内容,接着叙述了系统的实现技术,主要采用.NET平台中的ASP.NET语言进行开发,通过SQL Server 2005对数据信息进行存储;在需求分析阶段,论文描述了系统的业务流程,通过用例图对系统的各个业务功能进行建模,业务功能包括供应商信息管理模块、采购业务管理模块、设备库存管理模块、设备运行模块及设备报废模块;在系统设计阶段,主要对系统的体系架构、网络架构、系统安全及数据库进行设计;对需求分析阶段确定的业务功能进行实现,给出其对应的流程图及系统操作界面;最后对系统进行功能测试及性能测试,给出供应商信息管理模块、采购业务管理模块、设备库存管理模块等的测试用例。通过此系统可以对公司的采购业务、设备库存业务及设备报废业务等进行管理,满足公司信息化的需求,提高工作效率,减少人力成本。
[Abstract]:In the daily management of enterprises, especially as a communications enterprise, the number of communication equipment is numerous, and the service cycle of each equipment is different. In the past, when using manual or simple tool software to manage, It is easy to cause errors or loss of data and information records, affect the daily equipment information management work, cause poor equipment management, increase the work cost of enterprises, so in the information society, How to use information management system to better manage equipment has become an urgent problem. In view of the above problems, we begin to develop the mobile communication equipment management system. Firstly, the application background, research significance, research status at home and abroad of the system are described, and then the realization technology of the system is described. It mainly uses the ASP.NET language in .NET platform to develop, and stores the data information through SQL Server 2005. In the stage of requirement analysis, the paper describes the business process of the system, and models each business function of the system through use case diagram. The business functions include supplier information management module, procurement business management module, equipment inventory management module. Equipment running module and equipment scrapping module; In the system design phase, the system architecture, network architecture, system security and database are designed, and the business functions determined in the requirement analysis stage are realized, and the corresponding flow chart and system operation interface are given. Finally, the test cases of supplier information management module, purchasing business management module, equipment inventory management module and so on are given. Through this system, we can manage the purchasing business, equipment inventory business and equipment scrapping business of the company, meet the needs of the company information, improve the working efficiency and reduce the labor cost.
