基于IETM技术的生产过程质量信息管理技术研究
[Abstract]:The problem of product quality management is becoming more and more serious, the backward quality information collection method, the traditional quality control idea, the inefficient inspection response and the dispatch mode can not meet the new product production quality management demand. However, IETM technology has inherent advantages in quality information management, such as standard management, good interaction, etc. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the quality information management technology of production process by using IETM technology. This paper takes the inspection process of the main parts of a certain enterprise product as the research object, carries on the system development from the point of view of the product inspection process concerned by the enterprise and the user, and solves the original quality information collection in the production process by using the IETM related technology. The detailed research contents are as follows: 1. Make clear the main contents of quality information management, comb the internal information flow of the system according to the software development process, and analyze the user's demand. The quality information management system is established, and each function module of the system is planned and introduced. 2. The quality information needed by the system and the key technology is classified and collected. The data model of production process quality information management system is established by using E-R graph modeling method, which lays a data foundation for the system development and the research of IETM technology. 3. Referring to the coding system of data module of IETM system, The coding scheme of the production process quality information management system is put forward based on the product component structure information, production information and process information related to the production process and the quality information of the enterprise. This paper studies the parts list editing module and the inspection flow visualization module, which can affect the interaction and interoperability of the system simultaneously. Through these two modules, the inspection flow can be standardized and the real-time visual display of the inspection state can be realized. The graphics and multimedia technology in IETM technology is studied. The methods and examples of virtual simulation and visualization technology suitable for the quality information management system of production process are studied. The feasibility of virtual simulation and visualization technology is proved. 4. The software and hardware environment for the development and operation of the production process quality information management system is systematically introduced, and the main database contents of the system are described in the form of tables. Some functional modules of the system are introduced, and the feasibility of IETM technology in quality information management is verified.
