高职院校学生顶岗实习考勤管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：学生顶岗实习是学生在高职院校学习过程中不可缺少的一个重要环节。学生在顶岗实习过程中,会根据企业的要求分配到不同的组别与线别。他们和普通员工一样,严格按照企业的有关规定进行工作,这让他们提前感受到了工作的酸甜苦辣,锻炼了实践操作能力,为将来毕业参加工作打下了良好的基础。由于学生顶岗实习区域分散、各组实习时间不同等问题给学校的学生考勤管理工作带来了众多不便,为了解决这个问题,需要开发一个学生顶岗实习考勤管理系统,对学生的在实习过程的考勤进行规范有效的管理。本文结合学校的实际需求,对高职院校学生顶岗实习考勤管理系统开发的背景、研究的现状进行了详细的介绍,并确定了系统开发所需要的相关工具和技术。在系统设计之前,本文首先进行了系统开发的可行性分析,然后对系统进行了需求分析、业务流程分析、数据流程分析。在以上系统的详细分析基础之上,本文对学生顶岗实习考勤管理系统进行了具体的功能模块设计和数据库的设计,然后在基于C/S(Client/Server)结构下,用Microsoft SQL Server 2005作为后台数据库,Visual Studio 2005作为软件开发环境,以C#作为软件开发语言,实现了学生实习考勤管理系统,并对该系统进行了测试和代码调试。最后,对开发学生顶岗实习考勤管理系统所做的工作进行了总结与展望。
[Abstract]:Student placement practice is an indispensable link in the process of students' study in higher vocational colleges. Students in the internship process, according to the requirements of the enterprise will be assigned to different groups and lines. They, like ordinary employees, work strictly in accordance with the relevant regulations of the enterprise, which makes them feel the joys and sorrows of work ahead of time, exercise their practical operation ability, and lay a good foundation for their graduation and participation in work in the future. Due to the scattered practice area of students, the problems of different interning time in each group bring a lot of inconvenience to the students' attendance management. In order to solve this problem, it is necessary to develop a management system for students' on-the-job practice and attendance. Conduct standardized and effective management of students' attendance in the process of practice. In this paper, the background and current situation of the research on the development of the attendance and attendance management system for the students in higher vocational colleges are introduced in detail, and the relevant tools and techniques for the development of the system are determined in the light of the actual needs of the school. Before the design of the system, the feasibility of the system development is analyzed firstly, and then the requirement analysis, business process analysis and data flow analysis of the system are carried out. On the basis of the detailed analysis of the above system, this paper has carried on the concrete function module design and the database design to the student job practice attendance management system, and then based on the C / S (Client/Server) structure, Using Microsoft SQL Server 2005 as the background database, Visual Studio 2005 as the software development environment and C # as the software development language, the student practice attendance management system is realized, and the system is tested and debugged. At last, the paper summarizes and prospects the work done by developing the management system of student's internship attendance.
