基于移动互联网的个人健康管理软件设计与实现

【摘要】:目前随着4G、云计算技术的发展,人们在这个快节奏的生活中,软件应用越来越偏向便携化、轻量化。而生活品质的提升,让人们对个人健康的意识也越来越重视。人们对于健康状态的维持,不再限制于求医问药的范围内,更多的愿意在日常生活中,通过日常调理结合运动健身的方式,提高自己的身体素质,让自身对于疾病的承受力与抵抗力更强,将疾病危害防患于未然之中。因此,对于设计与实现一个基于互联网的个人健康管理的手机应用软件,是很有必要的。在本文中,个人健康管理软件是一个基于互联网的手机应用软件。手机客户端采用Android技术开发,以满足用户可以安装在自己的智能手机中随身携带,方便操作。软件中的数据大部分将存储于云端服务器中,以方便用户在对自己的健康管理时,不用依赖于固定的移动设备,减少设备本地内存的占用量。本课题的云端搭建,采用的是PHP语言、MySQL数据库以及Apache服务器的架构。论文实现了对个人健康信息的记录,汇总,分析以及将数据图形化的功能,评估用户的健康等级,并给予用户保持身体健康的建议。在对于健康数据收集方面,本论文采用了新兴的可穿戴设备技术,从其中可以更准确的读取出用户的健康信息数据。本文开篇介绍了个人健康管理软件的研究背景和意义,对这个软件将运用到的技术进行了分析和归纳,阐明了对于个人健康管理软件开发的可行性,分析出用户对于软件系统的需求。然后,根据用户需求,设计出整个软件系统的框架结构以及主要功能,并将手机客户端、Web管理端和服务器端的主要功能进行详细的设计与实现,展示了个人健康管理软件最终的运行效果。综上所述,个人健康管理软件的功能已经基本完成,软件的设计方案通过软件最终的运行效果证明是合理的,整个软件系统的项目实施是可行的。
[Abstract]:At present, with the development of 4G, cloud computing technology, people in this fast-paced life, software applications are becoming more and more portable, lightweight. The improvement of quality of life makes people pay more and more attention to personal health. For the maintenance of health, people are no longer limited to the scope of medical advice, more willing to daily life, through daily conditioning combined with exercise fitness, improve their physical fitness, Make yourself more resistant to disease and prevent disease hazards. Therefore, it is necessary to design and implement an internet-based personal health management mobile phone application software. In this paper, personal health management software is an internet-based mobile phone application software. The mobile phone client is developed with Android technology to meet the user's need to install it in his smartphone and carry it with him. Most of the data in the software will be stored in the cloud server to facilitate users in their own health management, do not rely on fixed mobile devices, reduce the amount of device local memory. The cloud structure of this topic adopts PHP language, MySQL database and Apache server architecture. The paper realizes the function of recording, summarizing, analyzing and graphing the data of personal health information, evaluates the health grade of users, and gives advice to users to maintain their health. In the aspect of health data collection, this paper adopts the new wearable device technology, from which can read the user's health information data more accurately. At the beginning of this paper, the research background and significance of personal health management software are introduced, the technology to be used is analyzed and summarized, and the feasibility of developing personal health management software is expounded. The requirement of software system is analyzed. Then, according to the needs of users, the framework structure and main functions of the whole software system are designed, and the main functions of mobile phone client, Web management and server are designed and implemented in detail. The final running effect of personal health management software is demonstrated. To sum up, the function of personal health management software has been basically completed, and the software design scheme is proved to be reasonable through the final running effect of the software, and the project implementation of the whole software system is feasible.
