基于Android的考勤管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:随着Android系统手机的普及和移动互联网技术的发展,各种移动应用得到了广泛的应用,使人们的日常工作和生活变得更加方便和快捷。本文主要利用Android系统和移动互联网,并结合GPS定位技术开发了一款方便、高效、准确的移动手机考勤应用,克服了传统考勤方式的诸多缺点。考勤管理固然需要制度的约束力,但并不是机械式的,企业文化还是要注重人性化管理。针对传统考勤制度的严格的机械化和考勤绝对性等特点,本文提出基于GPS定位的Android弹性考勤系统,实现相对的弹性考勤机制,既能保证考勤制度的约束力,又不缺少人性化的感染力。另外,移动考勤系统也可以成功解决异地考勤问题。本论文的研究工作主要有以下几个方面:首先,研究传统考勤方式的种类和优缺点以及发展历程,分析各类考勤方法的优缺点;然后针对现有考勤方式的不足提出自己的考勤系统,并给出研究目的和意义;其次,详细设计弹性考勤规则,介绍弹性考勤模板的确定,弹性考勤行为的判定,同时给出加权融合的考勤结果计算方法,详细介绍应用此方法的弹性考勤结果的计算过程,结合弹性考勤方法中的主要影响因素给出具体分析;再者,本文给出弹性考勤系统的整体设计和模块设计,利用Android SDK和Android模拟器对系统各功能模块进行实现,完成各模块的集成和调试;最后,本文给出基于GPS定位的Android弹性考勤系统的整体实现测试过程,包括实验环境、实验人员、考勤过程、结果计算、权重影响分析等。
[Abstract]:With the popularization of mobile phone in Android system and the development of mobile Internet technology, a variety of mobile applications have been widely used, making people's daily work and life more convenient and faster. In this paper, a convenient, efficient and accurate mobile phone attendance application is developed by using Android system and mobile Internet, combined with GPS positioning technology, which overcomes many shortcomings of the traditional attendance mode. Attendance management needs the binding force of system, but it is not mechanical, enterprise culture should pay attention to humanized management. In view of the strict mechanization and absoluteness of the traditional attendance system, this paper puts forward the Android flexible attendance system based on GPS orientation, which realizes the relative flexible attendance mechanism, which can guarantee the binding force of the attendance system. There is no lack of humanized appeal. In addition, mobile attendance system can also successfully solve the problem of remote attendance. The research work of this paper mainly has the following aspects: first, study the types, advantages and disadvantages of the traditional attendance, as well as the development process, analyze the advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of attendance methods; Then, aiming at the deficiency of the existing attendance mode, the paper puts forward its own attendance system, and gives the purpose and significance of the research. Secondly, the elastic attendance rules are designed in detail, and the determination of the elastic attendance template and the determination of the elastic attendance behavior are introduced. At the same time, the weighted fusion calculation method of the attendance results is given, and the calculation process of the elastic attendance results using this method is introduced in detail. Combining with the main influencing factors in the elastic attendance method, the concrete analysis is given. Furthermore, this paper gives the overall design and module design of the elastic attendance system, using Android SDK and Android simulator to achieve the system functional modules, complete the integration and debugging of each module; Finally, this paper gives the whole test process of the Android elastic attendance system based on GPS positioning, including the experimental environment, the experimenter, the attendance process, the result calculation, the weight influence analysis and so on.
