车联网模式在传统车辆运营领域中的应用研究

【摘要】:随着车联网在中国的蓬勃发展,其商业模式和思维模式得到了广泛的应用。在车联网模式的帮助下,许多创业型企业得到了迅速发展,对传统车辆运营企业的市场产生了强有力的冲击。这就迫使传统车辆运营企业进行相应的产品转型,从而保持企业的基业长青。本文围绕如何将车联网模式应用到传统车辆运营领域的这个问题展开,首先描述了国内外车联网领域的研究和发展现状,并对车联网生态系统、思维模式、商业模式进行了初步分析。通过对当前传统车辆企业发展问题的引入,提出本文所研究的内容、试图解决的问题、研究意义。然后,在本文的第二、三、四章,分别从战略制定、产品开发、产品运营、平台规划三个方向进行论述。在此三个章节中,重点阐述了各阶段思维模式的管理学原理、形式与作用,并辅以案例进行论证。在第五章中,本文提出车联网运营服务平台的建设规划,为车联网思维在传统车辆运营企业的应用提出了一种可能的实现模式。最后本文通过对文章不足的总结与发展的展望,提出了车联网模式在未来运营领域发展的挑战与机遇。车联网模式不是工具,而是符合车辆运营领域时代发展的思维维度与最佳实践。传统车辆运营企业应该认真的学习并借鉴成熟的车联网模式,完善并建立符合车联网商业模式与思维模式的产品战略、产品开发、产品运营的三大体系,制定并整合符合车联网模式的业务运作流程与制度,形成基于车联网模式的运营服务平台,发挥其巨大潜力,实现从传统运用管理模式向新型车联网模式的转型,加强产品的长远规划,注重产品迭代,拓宽产品运营思路,为终端用户提供丰富多样的产品选择和极具差异化的优质服务,从而保证传统车辆运营企业在转型过程中的效果,提升其在激烈市场竞争中的核心竞争力,实现企业的长远发展与基业长青。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of car networking in China, its business model and thinking mode have been widely used. With the help of the car networking mode, many entrepreneurial enterprises have developed rapidly, which has had a strong impact on the market of traditional vehicle operation enterprises. This compels the traditional vehicle operation enterprise to carry on the corresponding product transformation, thus maintains the enterprise foundation industry evergreen. This paper focuses on the problem of how to apply the vehicle networking mode to the traditional vehicle operation field. Firstly, it describes the research and development status in the field of vehicle networking at home and abroad, and discusses the vehicle networking ecosystem and thinking mode. The business model is analyzed preliminarily. Through the introduction of the development of the traditional vehicle enterprises, this paper puts forward the contents of this paper, tries to solve the problems, and the significance of the research. Then, in the second, third and fourth chapters of this paper, respectively, from the strategic formulation, product development, product operation, platform planning three directions. In these three chapters, the management principle, form and function of the mode of thinking in each stage are expounded. In the fifth chapter, this paper puts forward the construction plan of the vehicle network operation service platform, and puts forward a possible realization mode for the application of the car networking thinking in the traditional vehicle operation enterprise. Finally, through the summary of the lack of the article and the prospect of the development, the paper puts forward the challenges and opportunities of the development of the car networking mode in the future operation field. The vehicle networking mode is not a tool, but a thinking dimension and best practice in line with the development of the era of vehicle operation. The traditional vehicle operation enterprises should study and learn from the mature car networking model, perfect and establish three systems of product strategy, product development and product operation, which accord with the commercial model and thinking mode of car network. Make and integrate the business operation process and system that accord with the car networking mode, form the operation service platform based on the car network mode, give play to its great potential, realize the transformation from the traditional application management mode to the new car networking mode. Strengthen the long-term planning of products, pay attention to product iteration, broaden the thinking of product operation, provide end users with rich and diverse product selection and highly differentiated quality services, so as to ensure the effect of traditional vehicle operation enterprises in the process of transformation. Enhance its core competitiveness in the fierce market competition, realize the long-term development of the enterprise and the foundation industry evergreen.
