鞍山电视台人力资源决策系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:随着互联网的飞速发展,信息技术的应用在人们的日常生活中越来越普遍。互联网的出现使得网络办公效率也越来越高。在一些规模比较大的企业中,员工的数量极其的庞大,传统的办公程序、流程非常的繁琐。传统的使用档案袋的办公方式已经不适应现如今快速的办公模式。企业要提高效率,抓员工业绩,尤其是媒体行业,提高本地媒体竞争力需要将数据转化成有用的知识。本系统使用浏览器/服务器模式设计,它具有较强的扩展性、简单的操作界面、较强的资源共享性等特点,它可以快速的处理企业人事管理的大量信息,为企业职工信息添加、修改、查询操作提供快捷的方便。同时系统还将访问系统的用户划分领导与普通员工的级别。领导可以为员工分配相应的权限。除了上述功能外,访问系统的管理者之间还可以进行实时的数据信息交流。本文首先阐述人力资源管理系统的背景与意义以及目前的国内外的研究现状。然后是针对鞍山电视台人力资源管理系统开发中涉及到的一些技术介绍。再介绍了关联规则在人力资源管理系统中的应用研究,最后是讲解整个系统的分析设计以及实现部分。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Internet, the application of information technology is becoming more and more common in people's daily life. The emergence of the Internet makes network office efficiency more and more high. In some large enterprises, the number of employees is extremely large, traditional office procedures, the process is very cumbersome. The traditional use of portfolio office has not adapted to the current rapid office mode. In order to improve the efficiency, pay attention to the performance of employees, especially the media industry, and improve the competitiveness of local media, we need to transform the data into useful knowledge. This system uses browser / server mode design, it has strong expansibility, simple operation interface, strong resource sharing and so on, it can deal with a lot of information of enterprise personnel management quickly, add for enterprise worker information. Modify, query operation to provide quick and convenient. At the same time, the system will access the system users divided between the leadership and ordinary staff levels. The leader can assign the appropriate authority to the employee. In addition to the above functions, managers accessing the system can exchange real-time data and information. This paper first describes the background and significance of human resource management system and the current research situation at home and abroad. Then it introduces some techniques involved in the development of human resource management system of Anshan TV Station. Then it introduces the application of association rules in human resource management system, and finally explains the analysis, design and implementation of the whole system.
