租赁服务行业供应链系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:伴随着租赁市场的逐步繁荣,企业传统的经营管理方式愈发不能满足市场对企业运营能力的要求。企业经营往往涉及到内部多部门协作,如果采用线下审批的方式极大地降低了企业效率。面对这样的情况,搭建供应链系统,不仅企业的运营效率得到了提高,而且精确地记录了企业的运营数据。通过参考供应链系统对数据分析的结果,企业管理者能够做出更正确的企业决策。以往企业供应链系统的会采用购买外部系统进行二次开发的开发方式,但是由于租赁服务的特殊性以及开发周期的问题,企业决定独立开发供应链系统。市面上的租赁公司往往设备管理混乱,且有问题时同客户沟通不及时,用户满意度不高。该供应链系统通过对接资产系统与商城系统,使用户能够方便查看自己的租赁设备的相关信息。供应链系统包括基础设置、商品管理、库存管理、运营管理、售后处理、采购管理等几部分。在整个系统的构建过程中,笔者在调研公司主体业务的基础上,完成了对采购管理,运营管理,售后处理三个模块的需求调研工作,之后独立完成订单管理、售后处理模块的界面设计、数据库设计、功能设计与开发工作,并参与了采购管理模块的数据库设计与开发工作。运营管理与售后处理模块是对接商城系统的重要模块,运营管理模块实现了订单管理、配货发货、发货查询、订单续租等业务,完成了对商城订单从接单到发货的全流程管理。售后处理模块包括了商品的回收时从登记到完工的操作流程,同时实现了对商品所产生的费用的处理以及对换货、商品补发功能的支持。采购管理模块实现了商品从申请采购,经过检测最后付款的全部工作。在测试阶段,笔者与公司测试人员一同完成对系统的验证,并对发现的问题进行修复。目前,供应链系统已经投入使用,并根据业务需求持续增添功能以及完成现有功能的优化。
[Abstract]:With the prosperity of the leasing market, the traditional management methods can not meet the requirements of the market. Enterprise management often involves internal multi-department cooperation, if the offline approval method greatly reduces the efficiency of the enterprise. Faced with this situation, building supply chain system not only improves the operational efficiency of enterprises, but also accurately records the operation data of enterprises. By referring to the results of data analysis in the supply chain system, managers can make more correct decisions. In the past, the enterprise supply chain system would be developed by purchasing external system for secondary development. However, due to the particularity of lease service and the development cycle, the enterprise decided to develop the supply chain system independently. Leasing companies in the market often have confused equipment management, and when there are problems with customers communication is not timely, customer satisfaction is not high. The supply chain system connects the asset system with the mall system, so that users can easily view the relevant information of their own rental equipment. Supply chain system includes basic setup, commodity management, inventory management, operation management, post-sale processing, purchasing management and so on. In the process of constructing the whole system, on the basis of the main business of the research company, the author has completed the research work of the three modules of purchasing management, operation management and after-sale processing, and then completed the order management independently. The interface design, database design, function design and development of the post sale processing module are also involved in the database design and development of the purchasing management module. The operation management and after-sale processing module is an important module of the docking mall system. The operation management module realizes the business of order management, distribution delivery, delivery query, order renewal and so on, and completes the management of the whole process from receiving orders to shipping orders. The after-sale processing module includes the operation flow from registration to completion of the product recovery, and also realizes the processing of the cost incurred by the commodity and the support of the function of exchanging goods and redistributing the goods. The purchasing management module realizes all the work of goods purchase from application and final payment after testing. In the testing stage, the author and the company testers complete the verification of the system and fix the problems found. At present, the supply chain system has been put into use, and continues to add functions according to business requirements and to complete the optimization of existing functions.
