基于虚拟现实的手指康复训练系统研究

【摘要】:当今社会中由于手部功能障碍患者的不断增多,针对手部康复训练的研究受到了相关专业学者更多的重视。与此同时,随着虚拟现实技术的不断发展,将其应用到康复医疗领域也是一个热点方向。因此本课题研究了基于虚拟现实技术的手指康复系统,并制作了康复手套,设计完成示教康复系统。本文综述了针对手部功能障碍患者进行康复治疗的国内外研究现状,分析了相关技术领域的发展趋势。基于康复医学,对人手的生理结构特点和康复训练特点及治疗要求进行论述。设计出基于虚拟现实的主动康复训练系统、以气动人工肌肉驱动的康复手套以及示教康复系统。具体内容如下:首先,结合康复训练动作设计虚拟康复训练场景,并在场景中设计得分机制作为康复评定依据,将5DT数据手套与虚拟场景连接,利用5DT数据手套内置柔性传感器对手指信息采集,实现患者与场景之间康复数据的交互,以此为基础设计完成了针对手部功能损伤较轻患者的主动康复训练系统。该系统中还编写了数据库对患者信息进行存储。其次,以安全有效、结构简单、性价比为出发点设计了轻便、舒适、成本低、安全性高的气动人工肌肉驱动的康复手套,设计了气动控制系统对康复手套进行驱动,通过手指运动学分析指尖位置、指尖运行轨迹,与康复训练时实际轨迹对比,检验康复手套设计方案的有效性。基于LabVIEW与Unity3D联合开发了康复训练系统软件,完成了康复手套与5DT数据手套所组成的示教康复训练系统的虚拟训练和控制管理。最后,对主动康复训练系统和示教康复训练的系统性能进行检测,结合表面肌电信号采集仪,对手指运动相关肌肉进行肌电信号分析,并通过康复手套抓取不同静物的实验,验证所设计康复手套的可行性。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, due to the increasing number of patients with hand dysfunction, more attention has been paid to the research of hand rehabilitation training. At the same time, with the development of virtual reality technology, it is also a hot point to apply it to rehabilitation medical field. In this paper, the finger rehabilitation system based on virtual reality technology is studied, and the rehabilitation gloves are made and the teaching rehabilitation system is designed. In this paper, the present situation of rehabilitation therapy for patients with hand dysfunction at home and abroad is reviewed, and the development trend of related technical fields is analyzed. Based on rehabilitation medicine, the characteristics of physiological structure, rehabilitation training and treatment of human hands are discussed. The active rehabilitation training system based on virtual reality is designed. The rehabilitation gloves driven by pneumatic artificial muscle and the teaching rehabilitation system are designed. The specific contents are as follows: firstly, the virtual rehabilitation training scene is designed in combination with rehabilitation training action, and the score mechanism is designed as the basis of rehabilitation evaluation in the scene, and the 5DT data glove is connected with the virtual scene. The flexible sensor of 5DT data glove is used to collect finger information to realize the interaction of rehabilitation data between patient and scene. Based on this, an active rehabilitation training system for patients with mild hand function injury is designed. In this system, a database is also written to store patient information. Secondly, the rehab gloves driven by pneumatic artificial muscle with light, comfortable, low cost and high safety are designed in order to be safe and effective, simple in structure and cost-effective. The pneumatic control system is designed to drive the rehabilitation gloves. According to the finger kinematics analysis the finger tip position and fingertip running track are compared with the actual track in rehabilitation training to verify the effectiveness of the rehabilitation glove design scheme. The software of rehabilitation training system is developed based on LabVIEW and Unity3D. The virtual training and control management of rehabilitation training system composed of rehabilitation gloves and 5DT data gloves is completed. Finally, the system performance of active rehabilitation training system and teaching rehabilitation training is tested, and the EMG signal analysis of finger movement related muscles is carried out by combining with the surface electromyography acquisition device, and the experiment of grasping different still life through rehabilitation gloves is carried out. Verify the feasibility of the designed rehabilitation gloves.
