校园一卡通运维管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:校园一卡通是智慧校园的一个极其重要的组成部分。校园一卡通身份认证和消费功能更是覆盖了学校的方方面面,成为校园生活中必不可少的一部分。因其广泛的应用,校园一卡通的运维管理也变得非常重要。传统的运维管理方式和工作效率已经不能满足校园一卡通的业务需要。为适应一卡通业务的需要,提高运维管理和工作效率,本文设计并开发了校园一卡通的运维管理系统。本文主要设计并实现了校园一卡通运维管理系统。首先,阐述了构建运维管理系统的必要性。介绍了当前一卡通的运维情况及存在的使用频率高、运维难度大、时效性要求高、效率低等问题。其次,介绍了校园一卡通运维管理系统涉及的理论知识及相关技术。如MVC框架、Spring技术、Python语言、数据仓库等技术。再次,介绍了校园一卡通运维管理系统的构架分析与详细设计。本系统分为注册认证模块,数据接入模块,数据分析模块,运维报告查看及生成模块及数据推送模块,展示并描述各模块的时序图及ER图。最后,对系统整体功能进行测试并完善。该系统开发的目的是为校园一卡通的运维管理提供数据支持,如潜在问题告警,目前设备运行状态展示等;提供一卡通的软硬件资源的更新和人员调度方面的决策支持。在功能上,主要有用户注册认证模块、数据接入模块、数据分析模块、运维报告查看生成模块、数据推送模块等五个主要模块。本系统采用Spring MVC框架进行开发,提高了开发效率。数据处理部分采用Python的Pandas,NumPy,SciPy标准类库进行数据处理和挖掘,提高数据模型的训练效率。数据库采用稳定的SqlServer2008及Oracle10g,便于系统的稳定运行和数据库维护。将数据仓库和数据挖掘技术应用到校园一卡通运维管理系统中,是数据仓库和数据挖掘技术在校园一卡通运维管理中的一次尝试,也为未来校园一卡通的自动化运维打下了基础。
[Abstract]:Campus card is an extremely important part of intelligent campus. The identity authentication and consumption function of campus card cover all aspects of the school and become an indispensable part of campus life. Because of its wide application, the operation and maintenance management of one-card on campus has become very important. The traditional operation and maintenance management and work efficiency can not meet the business needs of campus card. In order to meet the needs of one-card business and improve the operation and maintenance management efficiency, this paper designs and develops the campus one-card operation and maintenance management system. This paper mainly designs and implements the management system of one-card operation and maintenance on campus. Firstly, the necessity of constructing operation and maintenance management system is expounded. This paper introduces the current operation and maintenance of the card and the problems such as high frequency of operation, difficulty of operation and maintenance, high requirement of timeliness, low efficiency, etc. Secondly, the paper introduces the theory knowledge and related technology of the management system of campus one-card operation and maintenance. Such as MVC framework, Spring technology, Python language, data warehouse and other technologies. Thirdly, it introduces the frame analysis and detailed design of one-card operation and maintenance management system on campus. The system is divided into registration authentication module, data access module, data analysis module, operation and maintenance report inspection and generation module and data push module, showing and describing the timing diagram and ER diagram of each module. Finally, the whole function of the system is tested and perfected. The purpose of the system is to provide data support for the operation and maintenance management of the campus card, such as warning of potential problems, display of the current state of the equipment, and provide the update of the software and hardware resources of the card and the decision support of personnel scheduling. In terms of functions, there are five main modules: user registration and authentication module, data access module, data analysis module, operation and maintenance report view generation module, data push module, etc. This system adopts Spring MVC framework to develop, and improves the efficiency of development. In the part of data processing, the Pandas,NumPy,SciPy standard class library of Python is used for data processing and mining to improve the training efficiency of data model. The database adopts stable SqlServer2008 and Oracle10g, to facilitate the stable operation of the system and the maintenance of the database. The application of data warehouse and data mining technology to the management system of one-card operation and maintenance on campus is an attempt of data warehouse and data mining technology in the management of one-card operation and maintenance on campus. Also for the future campus card automation operation and maintenance laid the foundation.
