渤海精细公司MES系统的设计与应用
[Abstract]:Production execution system (Manufacturing Execution System,) is a management information system located between the top enterprise resource planning system and the bottom process control system. With the rapid development of automatic control technology and information technology, MES production execution system has been widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, pharmaceutical and other process industries. Based on the information project construction of Bohai Fine Company, the design of MES system is completed through detailed basic investigation and demand analysis, drawing on the experience of successful MES projects at home and abroad and combining with the production characteristics of chemical industry. The design of the system adopts the whole structure of "two libraries and three layers", using the real time database of Baoxin iHyperDB, Microsoft SQL server 2008 relational database and Microsoft Visual Studio2010 development method platform to complete the development of the system. The real-time data in the production of each branch factory and workshop of the enterprise are collected, counted and analyzed, and the management level of the enterprise is improved by means of information technology. Firstly, the whole system architecture is designed, and the solution of data acquisition, storage and development based on real-time database and relational database is put forward. According to the actual needs of the enterprise and the characteristics of the chemical industry design and development of each functional module of the system. This paper introduces the design and development process of the energy consumption module in detail, including the basic theory of the module, the establishment of the data model, the algorithm of realizing the function and so on. The MES system is put into use and the production management level of the chemical enterprise is improved. It provides scientific and reliable management tools for production managers, and improves the overall labor productivity, safety and environmental protection operation ability and emergency response ability of the company.
