基于ASP的电力客户服务系统的设计与实现
[Abstract]:Firstly, this paper introduces the research background, research significance and related research trends at home and abroad, then combs the business process, analyzes the requirements of the system, and determines the required functions of the system. Then the overall design of the system, the overall design mainly includes: system network, system database, system architecture, and so on; According to the requirement analysis, the function module is divided into seven parts: report function, fault repair, business consultation function, customer return visit, complaint function, information release management; Then each module is implemented by using AJAX development language and SQL SERVER 2008 database. Finally, the performance and function of the system are tested. In this paper, the workflow of the system is analyzed in detail, and the practical system is summarized on the basis of the analysis. The overall structure of the system, which is suitable for the customer service of electric power company and meets the hardware requirements, is designed. The network structure, function structure and database of the power customer service system are designed. The core of the system functional structure is the reporting function. Trouble reporting, business consultation, customer return visit, complaint function, information release management. At present, the system requirement analysis, network architecture, function structure, database and so on have been completed, the system function has been realized, and it has been tested. The application of the electric power customer service system studied and developed in this paper makes the resources of the power system fully utilized, basically meets the needs of the customer service management of the power company, and improves the overall information technology level of the power supply company.
