基于大数据质检信息多维管理系统研究

【摘要】:本课题面向国家质监系统检测资源的数据信息,设计了能够适应大数据动态调整,全方位数据统计查询,多维度展示的信息管理系统。本课题的目的是解决由于缺少针对技术机构检测资源的动态管理手段,造成质监系统技术机构存量不清,需求不明,定位不准等现象,力争使决策能够有效地结合产业需求、地方特色,从而加强对检验机构检测资源检测能力的管理。为实现这目标,首先通过全国各级质检部门的积极配合,收集检验机构文档、检验机构人员信息、检验机构设备信息、检验机构检验能力及需求信息等共计5000多篇。为了克服人工录入信息的低效和不准确性,专门编写了程序,根据规则自动查找问题文档,并且结合人工调整的方式,完成了文档的整理校正工作。为系统数据表的建立和数据自动导入奠定了坚实的基础。其次,在详细研究已经收集的数据信息的基础上,对数据信息进行了重新分类,共分成了九个部分即:机构基本信息、面积信息、设备统计、人员数量、检测能力、专项投入、工作人员信息、设备详细信息及其他信息。在分类的基础上,完成了数据库的设计、各级填报页面、编辑页面的工作。对于数据的查询、汇总、统计、直观显示等进行了精心的实验与设计,完成了预定的目标。有别于以往的信息管理系统,本系统通过页面信息数据库处理技术以及数据库关联系统的动态存储和搜索技术,实现了信息的全方位查询。通过对结果信息的基于规则的再处理技术,使信息更能够符合用户的需要,并且在直观显示方面取得了多样化的展示效果。为了测试系统的可行性,也为了使系统能够尽快地服务于工作,专门开发了把word文档数据导入到系统中的程序。经过反复的试验调试,成功的导入各类数据二十多万条,使系统具备了初步服务能力。本系统成功开发能够有效地解决质检系统资源的管理效率。本系统的成功应用,也必然对于质检系统资源管理的决策提供更多的帮助,使决策更科学更有效率。本文的最后对本系统的初步应用进行了总结,指出了一些系统上的不足,对以后的完善和升级进行了理论和方法上的探讨。
[Abstract]:This paper aims at the data information of the national quality supervision system, and designs an information management system which can adapt to big data's dynamic adjustment, omnidirectional data statistic query and multi-dimensional display. The purpose of this subject is to solve the problem that the lack of dynamic management means for the inspection resources of technical institutions, resulting in unclear stock of technical institutions in quality supervision system, unclear demand, inaccurate positioning, and so on, in order to make the decision can effectively combine with the industrial demand. Local characteristics, so as to strengthen the inspection organization inspection resources detection ability management. In order to achieve this goal, through the active cooperation of quality inspection departments at all levels of the country, a total of more than 5000 articles have been collected, such as the documents of inspection organizations, the information of personnel of inspection institutions, the information of equipment of inspection institutions, the inspection ability of inspection institutions and the information of requirements. In order to overcome the inefficiency and inaccuracy of manual input information, a special program is written to find problem documents automatically according to the rules. It lays a solid foundation for the establishment of the system data table and the automatic import of the data. Secondly, on the basis of the detailed study of the collected data information, the data information has been reclassified and divided into nine parts: basic information of the organization, area information, equipment statistics, number of personnel, detection ability, special input. Staff information, equipment details and other information. On the basis of classification, the design of database, the filling of pages at all levels, and the editing of pages are completed. For the data query, summary, statistics, visual display and other meticulous experiments and design, completed the target. Different from the previous information management system, this system realizes the omni-directional query of information through the processing technology of page information database and the dynamic storage and searching technology of database association system. Through the rule based reprocessing technology of the result information, the information can meet the needs of the user more and more, and the display effect is diversified in the visual display. In order to test the feasibility of the system, and to enable the system to serve the work as soon as possible, a program to import word document data into the system is developed. After repeated testing and debugging, the system successfully imported more than 200,000 pieces of data, making the system have the initial service capacity. The successful development of this system can effectively solve the resource management efficiency of quality inspection system. The successful application of this system will certainly provide more help for the decision of resource management of quality inspection system and make the decision more scientific and efficient. At the end of this paper, the preliminary application of the system is summarized, some deficiencies of the system are pointed out, and the improvement and upgrading of the system in the future are discussed in theory and method.
