交通警卫公务用车管理系统的分析与设计

【摘要】:新时期对交通警卫工作提出了更高要求,为此只有做好了内部管理才能更规范、高效、有序的完成好各项工作任务。公务用车是执行任务必不可少的重要工具,开发交通警卫公务用车管理系统旨在规范公务用车的过程。论文系统是基于交通警卫任务公务用车管理的需要,为使公务用车管理更加规范和高效,采用目前较为先进的设计框架和设计理念开发建立的一套管理系统。系统的目标是实现对公务用车指挥调度、维修保养等工作全过程的管理,以及车辆驾驶人的信息管理,在对交通警卫公务用车管理工作进行了详细的需求调研之后,本文从用户需求分析入手,分析系统的功能需求、业务流程和非功能需求,进行了用例分析。完成了系统技术架构设计情况、功能架构设计情况以及对系统的数据库进行设计,该系统设计包括公务用车基本信息设置、公务用车行驶路线、公务用车使用审批、状态检索、公务用车维护管理等模块。系统采用B/S结构、J2EE和SPRING框架等。随着系统投入实际工作中的应用,系统将根据用户的要求不断更加完善,力争提高交通警卫公务用车管理系统的水平。
[Abstract]:In the new period, traffic security work is required to be more standardized, efficient and orderly in order to accomplish all the tasks in a more standardized, efficient and orderly manner only by doing a good job of internal management. Official vehicle is an essential and important tool to carry out the task. The purpose of developing the traffic guard official vehicle management system is to standardize the process of official vehicle. In order to make the management of official vehicles more standardized and efficient, the paper adopts the advanced design framework and design concept to develop a set of management system. The goal of the system is to realize the management of the whole process of the command, dispatch, repair and maintenance of the official vehicle, as well as the information management of the vehicle driver. This paper analyzes the functional requirements, business processes and non-functional requirements of the system by analyzing the user requirements. Completed the system technical architecture design, functional architecture design and the design of the system database. The system design includes official vehicle basic information setting, official vehicle driving route, official vehicle use approval, status retrieval, Maintenance and management of official vehicles and other modules. The system adopts B / S structure, J2EE and SPRING framework. With the application of the system in practical work, the system will be more perfect according to the requirements of the users, and strive to improve the level of the traffic security official vehicle management system.
