商业银行员工绩效考核管理系统的设计与实现
[Abstract]:First of all, the development of performance appraisal management of commercial banks at home and abroad is analyzed and studied. On this basis, based on the existing information construction of the bank, taking the business demand of the performance appraisal management of the commercial bank as the breakthrough point, adopting the theory, technology and tools of the software engineering, the overall goal, the function goal, the business process of the system, Data flow, system functions and non-functional requirements are analyzed and designed in detail. By using KPI technology, the business process and functional requirements of employee performance appraisal management are analyzed in detail, and the main function modules of the system are designed. The system is implemented with J2EE architecture, Java technology and SQL Server 2005 database. The functions of the system include: personal management function, performance report function and system management function. Among them, the personal management function module is to manage the individual situation of the commercial bank performance appraisal management, mainly responsible for managing the personal information management of the bank staff, and pay more attention to the performance information management of the employees. It mainly includes four sub-functions: daily performance report, card typing, information query and personal data management. The function module of performance management is mainly to control the process of performance management. The performance information of employees is complicated and many. It is necessary to sort out the performance according to the conditions, evaluate the performance according to the performance evaluation standard, and finally determine the amount of rewards and punishments. To include performance statistics, performance evaluation standards, performance evaluation scoring, rewards and punishment management four sub-functions; The function module of performance report management is to manage the employee performance report of the employee performance appraisal management system of commercial bank. Under this module, all kinds of report forms, including report template management, can be generated according to the query conditions. Statistical report making, graphic analysis, printing management four sub-functions; The system management module mainly includes four sub-modules: employee account management, role management, authority allocation and system log. This system is a IT support system for performance appraisal and business management of bank management. The system collects, separates, statistics and classifies the report data returned by the host business system, forms the employee assessment report forms and graphic analysis data, and establishes the evaluation index system. The management and staff of the bank can query the examination information through the network terminal in real time, and provide reference for the bank to establish the scientific cost accounting system. The system has been tested in commercial banks, and good feedback has been obtained.
