某事业单位固定资产管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:随着事业单位信息化的发展,固定资产设备种类和数量迅速增加,使得事业单位不得不考虑控制固定资产成本的问题。为了更充分的利用公司现有固定资产,有效降低固定资产的运行成本,事业单位对其内部设备固定资产的管理、维护和固定资产的生命周期提出了越来越高的要求。与此同时,随着固定资产账目的不断累积,需要处理的数据量越来越庞大,传统的管理系统和处理方式已经难以满足日益增长的固定资产管理需求。因此,采用合适的方案进行有效的固定资产综合管理已成为很多事业单位的必然选择。本文对某事业单位固定资产管理系统的设计与实现进行了分析,基于云计算架构,探讨了建立企业固定资产全面管理信息系统的思路和方法,以应对管理事业单位日益复杂而庞大的固定资产账目数据的需求。本文首先深入分析了管理信息系统的相关需求,在此基础上,进行了系统的总体设计和详细设计,并阐述了系统的实现和测试。系统主要实现的基本功能如下:1)资产日常管理模块:主要完成固定资产基本信息的管理。2)资产折旧管理。3)报表统计:打印固定资产的报表清单。4)资产申购审批管理:完成固定资产的申购预算、审批流程等功能。5)资产清查管理:实现对现有资产进行清点查询、统计的功能。6)坏账处理功能。7)扫码录入功能:实现对现有资产进行录入和管理。文章基于云计算框架设计开发了一套集固定资产系统日常管理、数据管理、折旧管理、报表统计分析等功能于一体的应用系统,实现了对某事业单位固定资产管理的规范化、现代化和信息化,提高了单位的固定资产管理工作的质量和效率。本文采用UML建模技术对系统进行需求分析和概要设计,基于.NET开发平台对系统的各项功能进行实现。总之,系统的设计和开发大大提升了单位固定资产管理的效率,提高了事业单位的信息化水平。
[Abstract]:With the development of information technology in institutions, the types and quantity of fixed assets equipment are increasing rapidly, which makes institutions have to consider the problem of controlling the cost of fixed assets. In order to make full use of the company's existing fixed assets and effectively reduce the operating cost of fixed assets, institutions put forward more and more high requirements for the management, maintenance and life cycle of fixed assets. At the same time, with the continuous accumulation of fixed assets accounts, the amount of data to be dealt with has become more and more large, and the traditional management system and processing methods have been unable to meet the increasing demand for fixed assets management. Therefore, it has become an inevitable choice for many institutions to adopt appropriate scheme to carry out effective comprehensive management of fixed assets. In this paper, the design and implementation of fixed assets management system in a certain institution are analyzed. Based on cloud computing architecture, the idea and method of establishing enterprise fixed assets comprehensive management information system are discussed. In order to cope with management institutions increasingly complex and large fixed assets accounting data demand. Based on the analysis of the related requirements of the management information system, the overall design and detailed design of the system are carried out, and the implementation and test of the system are described. The basic functions of the system are as follows: 1) the daily management module of assets: mainly completes the management of basic information of fixed assets. 2) asset depreciation management. 3) report statistics: print the list of statements of fixed assets. 4 Administration of assets requisition examination and approval: completion of the requisition budget for fixed assets, Examination and approval process and other functions. 5) assets inventory management: the realization of the existing assets count query, statistical functions. 6) bad debt processing function. 7) code entry function: to achieve the existing assets entry and management. Based on the cloud computing framework, this paper designs and develops a set of application system which integrates the functions of daily management, data management, depreciation management and statistical analysis of report forms, and realizes the standardization of fixed assets management in a certain institution. Modernization and information, improve the unit's fixed assets management quality and efficiency. In this paper, the requirement analysis and outline design of the system are carried out by using UML modeling technology, and the functions of the system are realized based on. Net development platform. In a word, the design and development of the system greatly improve the efficiency of fixed assets management and the informatization level of institutions.
