中国银行天津分行风险预警系统的构建与研究

【摘要】：在全球经济一体化的趋势下,国内外经济环境都发生了很大的改变,加上金融监管体制的改革,我国银行业对于金融风险有了更加深刻的认识,而中国银行是中国国际化和多元化程度最高的银行,但是在生产经营和管理体制等方面依然面临着许多挑战。而目前在管理体制以及生产经营方面,因为体制或者一些其他因素的问题,存在很多的矛盾和弊病,因此需要对此优化和改善。银行的发展好坏也决定了一个国家经济的发展好坏,做好风险预警系统的重要意义不言而喻,国家的发展稳定需要一个能够及时反馈风险的系统,从而避免没有必要的损失。本文旨在对中国银行天津分行的风险现状进行分析,以国内外风险管理的研究现状为背景,指出天津分行存在的不足,并从管理体制、生产经营、财务管理和银行信用这四个方面对天津分行风险预警系统的流程图进行设计与分析,并为天津分行今后的发展提出发展建议和策略。本次论文讲述了金融风险管理一些概念分析,同时采用BP神经网络算法,以及遗传算法对整个预警系统做了研究和阐述,并且进行了具体化的功能设计和模块化设计,主要针对管理风险,生产风险,财务风险,信用风险进行分析,最后是对金融风险管理预警系统的设计与实现进行了分析,主要也是针对以上四个方面进行了细致的介绍,最后是对全文的一个总结和对未来发展的一种展望。
[Abstract]:Under the trend of global economic integration, great changes have taken place in the economic environment both at home and abroad. With the reform of the financial supervision system, our banking industry has a deeper understanding of financial risks. Bank of China is the most international and diversified bank in China, but it still faces many challenges in production, management and management system. At present, there are many contradictions and defects in the management system and production and management, because of the problems of the system or some other factors, so it needs to be optimized and improved. The development of banks also determines the development of a country's economy, the importance of risk early warning system is self-evident, the development and stability of a country needs a system that can feedback risks in time, so as to avoid unnecessary losses. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the risk situation of Tianjin Branch of Bank of China, to point out the shortcomings of Tianjin Branch in the background of domestic and foreign research on risk management, and to analyze the management system, production and management of Tianjin Branch. The flow chart of Tianjin Branch risk early warning system is designed and analyzed in the aspects of financial management and bank credit, and suggestions and strategies are put forward for the future development of Tianjin Branch. This paper describes some concept analysis of financial risk management, at the same time, using BP neural network algorithm and genetic algorithm to the whole early warning system is studied and elaborated, and the specific function design and modular design are carried out. It mainly analyzes the management risk, production risk, financial risk and credit risk. Finally, it analyzes the design and implementation of the financial risk management early warning system, and mainly introduces the above four aspects in detail. Finally, a summary of the full text and a prospect for future development.
