井下作业物资精细化管理系统设计

【摘要】:对油田企业而言,如何精细化管理,节约成本成为每个企业都应该考虑的问题,井下物资的管理是一件非常重要的事情,传统利用人工对物资进行管理,可靠性差、易错漏、经常发生差错、物资统计不完整。对此,如何利用信息化手段来对井下物资进行管理变得十分必要。J2EE作为一种企业级的开发框架,成为企业级应用软件的首选,本课题采用该框架最终设计与实现了井下作业物资精细化管理系统。为顺利完成本课题,首先对物资管理系统的研究背景与国内外研究现状进行深入而又广泛的分析;在对系统进行充分需求分析的基础上,描述了系统实现的关键技术;然后对系统的数据模型进行了描述,一方面论述了系统的数据流,另一方面对系统的E-R图和数据库表结构进行了设计;在充分的需求分析的基础上,利用软件工程的思想,对系统进行UML建模,通过MVC三层框架完成了代码的编写过程,最终完成了用户权限认证、系统管理、基础数据管理、仓库管理、审核批准和申领等模块的设计与实现;系统上线前对系统进行了详细而又充分的测试,系统测试从功能测试和性能测试两个角度分别予以展开,验证了系统的有效性。井下作业物资精细化管理系统的开发与设计,为大队的物资管理带来了较大的变革,节约了企业经营成本,提升物资使用效率,规范物资出入库、借入出管理流程,达到精细化管理的目标,节约了管理成本,提升了企业的经济效益,同时为石油企业的信息化添砖加瓦,具有较强的现实意义。
[Abstract]:For oil field enterprises, how to manage meticulously and economize the cost becomes the problem that every enterprise should consider. The management of underground materials is a very important thing. The traditional use of manpower to manage the materials is poor reliability, easy to miss, Errors often occur and material statistics are incomplete. Therefore, it is necessary to make use of information technology to manage underground materials. As an enterprise-level development framework, J2EE has become the first choice of enterprise-level application software. This paper uses this frame to design and realize the fine management system of underground operation material. In order to finish this task successfully, the research background of material management system and the current research situation at home and abroad are analyzed deeply and extensively, and the key technology of system realization is described on the basis of the analysis of the full requirement of the system. Then the data model of the system is described. On the one hand, the data flow of the system is discussed; on the other hand, the E-R diagram and database table structure of the system are designed. On the basis of sufficient requirement analysis, using the idea of software engineering, the system is modeled by UML, and the code is compiled through the MVC three-layer framework. Finally, the user authority authentication, system management, basic data management are completed. The design and implementation of warehouse management, audit approval and application module; The system was tested in detail and fully before the system went online. The system test was carried out from the two aspects of function test and performance test, which verified the effectiveness of the system. The development and design of the fine management system for underground operation materials has brought great changes to the material management of the brigade, which has saved the operating cost of the enterprise, improved the efficiency of the use of materials, standardized the flow of materials out and out of storage, and lent out the management process. To achieve the goal of fine management, save the cost of management, improve the economic benefits of the enterprise, at the same time for the information of petroleum enterprises, has a strong practical significance.
