乌鲁木齐商业银行现金管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：随着我国企业的综合实力的不断攀升以及国家逐年加大了对企业的帮扶力度,我国的中小型企业得到了前所未有的发展。特别是现在的全球经济一体化的现状下,企业的发展、生存状态面临着前所未有的挑战与机遇。企业要想在如此激烈的竞争环境下发展,改变旧的生产方式与管理模式是当前急需解决的问题。银行为了获得更多的企业大客户,纷纷开始使用信息技术为各大企业提供现金管理。商业银行也逐步意识到为企业提供更好的现金服务,才能为银行争取到更多的企业客户。本文在软件工程原理的思想指导下,选用B/S模式为系统的体系架构,运用C#为编程语言、SQL Server 2010为后台数据库管理系统,在Visual Studio 2010集成环境下完成了系统的开发与调试工作。系统具有界面清新、操作方便、可移植性强、兼容性好等特点。本文所做的工作如下:(1)在通过对比国内外的现金管理方式以及系统运行情况的基础上,对系统的业务需求进行了全面的分析。分析中将所有的用户分为企业用户和管理员两大类,一类代表企业的操作者,另一类代表着银行管理者的角色。分析了用户在操作员及权限管理、日常业务处理等多个方面的功能需要。(2)在需求分析的基础上,对系统的体系结构进行了设计,设计系统采用B/S三层架构,详细阐述了对系统的五大功能模块及数据库的设计。(3)本文运用ASP.NET技术、C#编程语言和SQL Server 2012数据库管理系统完成了系统的实现过程,系统实现的过程中遵循了编码规范具有很好的可扩展性。同时,在系统界面的设计过程中使用了ASP.NET的界面方案,系统具有功能齐全、界面统一等特点。(4)通过对系统各项功能的测试,验证了本系统各项功能实现的正确性和完整性。设计了专门的测试用例,组织了专门的人员完成测试。测试结果说明系统达到了预先分析和设计的目标。系统的成功运行,为企业的财务主管领导提供了实时的现金数据信息,对企业内部的现金流转监管起到了非常好的效果。同时企业能够根据该系统提供的现金数据来科学的配置现金资源,为企业的可持续发展提供了较好的技术支持。各个企业可以方便的通过本系统与银行进行现金交易,很多企业对商业银行提供的现金管理系统给予了好评。
[Abstract]:With the increasing of the comprehensive strength of Chinese enterprises and the increasing efforts of our country to help the enterprises year by year, the small and medium-sized enterprises in our country have got unprecedented development. Especially in the current situation of global economic integration, the development and survival of enterprises are facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities. In order to develop in such a fierce competitive environment, it is urgent to change the old mode of production and management. In order to obtain more corporate customers, banks began to use information technology to provide cash management for large enterprises. Commercial banks are also gradually aware of providing better cash services to enterprises in order to win more corporate customers for banks. Under the guidance of the principle of software engineering, this paper chooses the B / S model as the system architecture, and uses C # as the programming language, SQL Server 2010 as the background database management system. The system is developed and debugged in Visual Studio 2010 integrated environment. The system has the features of fresh interface, convenient operation, strong portability and good compatibility. The work done in this paper is as follows: (1) on the basis of comparing the cash management methods and the operation of the system at home and abroad, the business requirements of the system are analyzed comprehensively. In the analysis, all users are divided into two categories: enterprise users and administrators, one is the operator of the enterprise, the other is the role of the bank manager. The functional requirements of users in operator and authority management, daily business processing and other aspects are analyzed. (2) based on the requirement analysis, the system architecture is designed, and the system is designed with B / S three-tier architecture. The design of the five functional modules and the database of the system is described in detail. (3) the realization process of the system is completed by using ASP.NET technology, C # programming language and SQL Server 2012 database management system. In the process of system implementation, the coding specification has good scalability. At the same time, the interface scheme of ASP.NET is used in the design process of the system interface. The system has the characteristics of complete function and unified interface. (4) through the testing of the system's various functions, The correctness and integrity of the system are verified. A special test case is designed and a special person is organized to complete the test. The test results show that the system has achieved the goal of pre-analysis and design. The successful operation of the system provides the real time cash data information for the financial supervisor of the enterprise and plays a very good role in the supervision of the cash flow inside the enterprise. At the same time, enterprises can scientifically allocate cash resources according to the cash data provided by the system, which provides better technical support for the sustainable development of enterprises. Each enterprise can carry on the cash transaction with the bank conveniently through this system, many enterprises to the commercial bank provides the cash management system to give the praise.
