西安市某医学高校人力资源系统的设计与实现
[Abstract]:With the rapid progress of computer science and technology and the development trend of information globalization, information technology has been widely used in various industries. For public-run colleges and universities, excellent school-running quality, a lot of scientific research projects, good employment rate, strong comprehensive strength have always been the focus of attention, but often ignore some negative problems caused by internal mismanagement. In the aspects of student management, achievement management and information management, Xi'an Medical College has already responded to the national call to begin to implement information management, but in the aspect of human resources management, it has been unable to establish the corresponding management system for a long time. The information management of human resources is an important index of information management in colleges and universities. The scientific and reasonable human resource management system can make up for the poor security, long processing time and low efficiency of traditional manual processing of human resources information. Difficulties in retrieval and storage. According to the actual needs of the human resources department of Xi'an Medical College, the system is designed and implemented. The system is divided into seven modules: department, staff, recruitment, training, reward and punishment, salary and system. In this paper, the main functional modules of the system are studied and designed to realize the intelligent, efficient and safe management of human resources, which solves the problems faced by the human resources department in the process of management. Considering the characteristics of human resource management in Xi'an Medical College, such as strong security and short development cycle, the system adopts the current mainstream Java programming language, uses MySQL as the database of the system, uses SSH framework, and displays the foreground with JSP. The system needs to be designed and developed in accordance with the actual situation and specific requirements of Xi'an Medical College. At the same time, it is scientific, reasonable, comprehensive, convenient, safe and reliable. The human resource management system developed in Xi'an Medical College has been tested and indicated that its interface, function, system, operation and so on are completely normal, which can meet the requirements of the school. In the trial process of the system, a large amount of labor costs are effectively saved, and its search speed, processing efficiency, data security, and maintenance convenience have been improved very well. The research of this subject is beneficial to the development and progress of Xi'an Medical College, realizes the information management of human resources management, and lays a good foundation for the expansion of the scale and the healthy and sustainable development of Xi'an Medical College in the future.
