乌鲁木齐邮政局采购管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：人类的生产、生活离不开各种物资,采购是保障企业进行正常的生产活动中非常重要的一个环节,在采购的环节中往往包含了招标、配货、送货等多个过程。如何有效的使用信息技术,实现采购过程中的透明化管理、降低企业的采购成本、增强综合竞争实力,已经成为当前现代企业的共识。乌鲁木齐邮政局在物资采购方面一直没有使用专门的系统进行管理,使得采购流程不透明,存在重复采购等问题。因此,本文针对乌鲁木齐邮政局的采购现状设计并开发了一套采购管理系统。本文是在软件工程的理念指导下完成的,本人深入到采购管理部门,通过观察和访谈的方式对采购部门的实际工作现状和业务流程进行了调研。针对采购部门的特点,使用.NET技术完成了采购管理系统的实现过程。在需求分析阶段,对基础数据管理、预算管理、采购计划管理、采购执行管理、出入库管理、统计分析和系统维护等功能模块进行了详细的分析。在系统设计阶段,通过功能模块框图、实体属性图、数据库表的方式详细的阐述了设计部份的内容。在系统实现阶段,通过界面、程序流程图、代码的方式对系统实现过程进行了清晰的描述。在系统测试阶段,对系统的测试方法、过程进行了描述。通过系统的部署和运行的情况来看,提高了采购管理者的工作效率,使得采购的数据处理过程变的简单、准确。同时,也为领导制定科学的从采购方案和分配提供了科学的可参考的依据。
[Abstract]:The production and life of human beings can not be separated from various materials, and the purchase is a very important part of ensuring the normal production activities of the enterprise. In the process of purchasing, many processes such as the bidding, the goods distribution and the delivery are often included. How to use the information technology effectively, to realize the transparency management in the procurement process, to reduce the purchasing cost of the enterprise, to enhance the comprehensive competitive strength, has become the consensus of the current modern enterprise. The Urumqi Post Office has not used a dedicated system for management in terms of material procurement, so that the procurement process is not transparent, and there are problems such as repeated purchase and the like. Therefore, this paper designs and develops a set of purchasing management system for Urumqi Post Office. In this paper, under the guidance of the concept of software engineering, I go deep into the procurement management department, and make a survey on the actual work situation and business process of the purchasing department by observing and interviewing. For the characteristics and use of the procurement department. NET technology has completed the implementation of the procurement management system. In the demand analysis stage, functional modules such as basic data management, budget management, purchase plan management, purchase execution management, issue/ receipt management, statistical analysis and system maintenance are analyzed in detail. In the design stage of the system, the contents of the design part are described in detail by functional module block diagram, entity property diagram and database table. In the system implementation stage, the system implementation process is clearly described through the interface, the program flow chart and the code. The test method and process of the system are described in the system testing phase. Through the deployment and operation of the system, the working efficiency of the procurement manager is improved, so that the data processing process of the procurement is simple and accurate. At the same time, it also provides the basis for scientific reference for leading the development of science from the procurement plan and the distribution.
