基于HTML5的公司档案管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:随着我国信息化程度的不断提高,信息在决策支撑中起着越来越重要的作用,人们对信息的及时性、准确性、全面性等方面的要求也越来越高。档案不仅作为单位工作成果的主要载体,也可以很好地指导后继工作的开展。目前一些单位仍然采用手工管理方式,从归档登记、借阅、整编等工作,都是通过纸质或Excel文件的方式完成,这样的管理方式已经无法满足单位的快速发展。不断加快档案数字化进程,提升档案信息化程度,为社会提供档案利用的高效平台,具有重要的实践价值。在全面分析国内外相关研究的基础上,本论文结合某单位多年发展下来所积累的大量的档案资料和,通过走访及座谈等形式的调研,对该单位现有的档案管理流程进行了分析,首选从功能的角度分析了主要业务需求,然后明确了系统需要所要达到的各项非功能性需求。在需求分析的基础上,对系统体系架构、系统功能结构、系统网络拓扑、系统安全和系统数据库等进行了设计。系统采用Java技术、SSH框架,前端页面采用HTML5技术,数据库使用SQL Server 2008 R2,使用Eclipse开发工具进行编码实现了本系统的各个功能,最后使用Junit等进行系统测试。本系统投入运行后,档案管理人员解脱了办公室界限的约束,实现了安全、高效的档案管理,提高了档案管理效率,取得了较好的应用效果。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of the degree of information in China, information plays an increasingly important role in decision-making support, and people's requirements for timeliness, accuracy and comprehensiveness of information are getting higher and higher. Archives not only as the main carrier of unit work results, but also can guide the development of follow-up work. At present, some units still use manual management, from filing registration, borrowing, reorganization and other work, are through paper or Excel documents to complete, such a management way has been unable to meet the rapid development of the unit. It is of great practical value to speed up the process of archives digitization, promote the information level of archives, and provide an efficient platform for the utilization of archives for the society. On the basis of comprehensive analysis of the relevant research at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the existing archives management process of the unit, combining with a large number of archival materials accumulated in the development of a certain unit over the years and through investigation in the form of visits and discussions, and so on, this paper makes an analysis of the existing archives management process in this unit. Firstly, the main business requirements are analyzed from the point of view of function, and then the non-functional requirements that the system needs to achieve are defined. On the basis of requirement analysis, the system architecture, system function structure, system network topology, system security and system database are designed. The system adopts Java technology, SSH framework, HTML5 technology for front-end pages, SQL Server 2008 R2 for database, and Eclipse development tool for coding. At last, Junit is used to test the system. After the system was put into operation, the archival management personnel freed the restriction of the office boundary, realized the safe and efficient file management, improved the efficiency of the archives management, and obtained a better application effect.
