浙江树人大学绍兴校区图书馆项目基于BIM的设计应用实践
[Abstract]:In the current construction industry, especially in the field of architectural design and management, computer-aided design (CAD) technology has become the norm. However, the growing demand for construction is often ahead of technological development. If a building needs to be perfect, on the basis of aesthetics and functionality, it also needs to meet all kinds of human needs for the environment, such as the ventilation, lighting, thermal, acoustics and indoor air quality of the building. These factors are the basic starting point and the important treatment object of the architectural design scheme, especially in the special application, it is necessary to design and plan these indexes. In the face of complex environmental conditions, architects with rich experience can hardly rely solely on experience to evaluate the overall environmental quality of the design scheme. Therefore, under such special conditions, the design system based on "Building Information Model" (BIM) technology can solve this problem very well. Starting with the present situation of traditional computer-aided architectural design, this paper deeply understands the auxiliary function of computer in the construction industry, and focuses on the role of BIM technology in realizing intelligent architectural design. This paper mainly focuses on the research content and development direction of BIM application at home and abroad, and studies the characteristics and development direction of BIM from the theoretical system of BIM, the connection with the latest technology, and the application of BIM in various fields. Taking the Shaoxing campus project of Zhejiang Shuren University as an example, this paper introduces the application of BIM-based architectural design in detail from the aspects of engineering general situation, architectural visualization design, architectural collaboration design, architectural refinement design and so on.
