关于医学数据库资源特征信息准确查询仿真

【摘要】:对于医学数据库资源特征信息的准确查询,能够高效提升对医疗信息的查询质量。对特征信息的准确查询,需要将特征数据信息进行正规化处理,计算出不同特征数据相似系数,完成资源特征信息查询。传统方法先建立信息查询的目标函数,对目标函数进行寻优,但忽略了计算出不同特征数据相似系数导致查询结果精度偏低。提出模糊聚类分析下的资源特征信息准确查询方法。该方法融合特征理论将数据库信息矢量构成多层矢量自回归空间,利用减法聚类的特征推理方法构建数据库查询函数,将特征数据信息进行正规化处理,计算出不同特征数据相似系数,描述样本值贴近的统计量,给聚类中的所有样本向量的平均向量,并完成对模糊聚类分析下的资源特征信息准确查询方法。实验结果表明,所提方法查询精度高,为提升医疗信息的查询质量奠定了基础。
[Abstract]:The accurate query of medical database resource characteristic information can effectively improve the quality of medical information query. For the accurate query of feature information, it is necessary to normalize the feature data information, calculate the similarity coefficient of different feature data, and complete the query of resource feature information. The traditional method firstly establishes the objective function of information query and optimizes the objective function, but neglects to calculate the similarity coefficient of different characteristic data, which leads to the low precision of the query result. An accurate query method of resource feature information based on fuzzy clustering analysis is proposed. This method combines feature theory to construct multi-level vector auto-regression space of database information vector, constructs database query function by feature reasoning method of subtraction clustering, and normalizes feature data information. The similarity coefficients of different feature data are calculated, the statistics of sample values close to each other are described, the average vectors of all sample vectors in clustering are given, and the accurate query method of resource feature information under fuzzy clustering analysis is completed. The experimental results show that the proposed method has high query accuracy and lays a foundation for improving the quality of medical information query.
