基于成熟度视角下的BIM技术项目级应用能力研究

【摘要】:随着国家经济水平和科学技术水平的迅猛发展,“互联网+”、“大数据”、“云计算”、“人工智能”等概念不断被提出和完善,“BIM技术”作为建筑行业信息化改革的有效推动力,急需我们对其研究有实质性突破,目前,我国许多学者投入BIM技术的理论研究,一些重大项目也开始重视BIM技术的引入,但是,BIM技术在项目中的应用能力没有得到有效量化,不同建设项目BIM技术应用能力无法比较,这严重阻碍了项目参与方引入BIM技术的积极性,从而阻碍了我国BIM技术的发展。本文在研究我国BIM技术发展现状的基础上,做了如下几方面的研究:(1)在梳理国内外BIM技术定义的基础上,总结了现阶段国内外BIM技术发展状况以及BIM技术相关理论及特点,为研究BIM技术在项目中的应用提出基本依据;(2)深入研究了成熟度模型的相关理论,并在相关理论研究基础上论述BIM技术与能力成熟度模型结合的可能性与必要性,提出用BIM能力成熟度模型来衡量项目中BIM技术应用能力;(3)在BIM相关理论基础上,从影响BIM技术应用效果的内因,外因以及空间三个视角入手深入总结分析BIM技术在项目中的应用能力,为BIM能力成熟度模型的建立理论基础;(4)建立适合我国现阶段BIM发展情况的BIM能力成熟度模型,并提出该模型的评价指标体系,作为评价项目中BIM应用能力的依据,根据成熟度模型基本理论,将BIM能力成熟度模型划分为五个等级:初步阶段,成长阶段,提高阶段,成熟阶段和持续提高阶段,给出指标能力判别方法,最后结合案例,对本文提出的BIM能力成熟度模型的实用性进行验证,基于该模型的评价体系能客观地评价一个项目中BIM技术的应用能力,为BIM技术在我国的发展和推广提供支持。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the national economic level and the level of science and technology, the concepts of "Internet", "big data", "cloud computing" and "artificial intelligence" have been constantly put forward and perfected. "BIM technology" as an effective driving force of the construction industry information reform, it is urgent for us to have a substantive breakthrough in its research. At present, many scholars in our country have invested in the theoretical research of BIM technology, and some important projects have also begun to attach importance to the introduction of BIM technology. However, the application ability of BIM technology in the project has not been effectively quantified, and the application ability of BIM technology in different construction projects can not be compared. This seriously impedes the enthusiasm of project participants to introduce BIM technology, thus hindering the development of BIM technology in China. On the basis of studying the present situation of BIM technology development in China, this paper has done the following research: (1) on the basis of combing the definition of BIM technology at home and abroad, The development of BIM technology at home and abroad and the related theories and characteristics of BIM technology are summarized in this paper, and the basic basis for studying the application of BIM technology in the project is put forward. (2) the related theories of maturity model are deeply studied, and the possibility and necessity of combining BIM technology with capability maturity model are discussed on the basis of relevant theoretical research. The BIM capability maturity model is proposed to measure the application ability of BIM technology in the project. (3) based on the relevant theory of BIM, this paper summarizes and analyzes the application ability of BIM technology in the project from three perspectives of internal, external and spatial factors that influence the application of BIM technology, which is the theoretical basis for the establishment of BIM capability maturity model; (4) establish the BIM capability maturity model which is suitable for the development of BIM in our country at present, and put forward the evaluation index system of the model, which is the basis of evaluating the application ability of BIM in the project, and according to the basic theory of maturity model, The BIM capability maturity model is divided into five levels: initial stage, growth stage, improvement stage, maturity stage and continuous improvement stage. The practicability of the BIM capability maturity model proposed in this paper is verified. The evaluation system based on this model can objectively evaluate the application ability of BIM technology in a project and provide support for the development and popularization of BIM technology in China.
