中国银行青岛分行绩效管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:改革开放后,中国经济呈现迅猛增长的的趋势,各大银行主体间的较量愈来愈严峻,如何在如此严峻的较量之中优先抢占优势地位,达到银行利润最大化的目的,各大银行的管理层已探索并实施了诸多成熟有效的研究和管理措施,而银行绩效管理被认为成一类效能较为优越的管理激励措施。在提高员工的工作热情、增强银行的整体实力,改善企业北部管理状况等方面,发挥了重要的作用。目前,不少银行已经研发了一些绩效管理系统进行应用,但是,对于绩效管理,很大一部分人没有真正地去了解,官本位意识仍然存在,绩效管理仅停留在形式上;另一方面,不少领导层分不清楚绩效管理和业绩考评的差异,认为绩效管理就是对个人、部门的业务成绩和成交金额的考量,研发的绩效管理系统多侧重于进行业绩考评,忽略管理的实用性与管理的效能,系统的整体机制不规范,考核的实效性不足。本文在具体研究了中国银行青岛分行当前运营状态的情况下,针对绩效管理的具体实现一步步地展开系统需求分析、模块设计、数据库设计、系统实现和运行测试等内容,重点针对绩效管理提出优化思路,进行了优化设计。整个系统基于.NET环境进行研发,采用B/S设计模式。实验证明,本系统能够实现基础信息管理、介质分配管理、绩效管理、考核管理、消息管理、权限等功能目的。本系统的投入使用革新了中国银行青岛分行传统的绩效管理模式,较好的提高了员工的工作效率和服务水平,实现了银行绩效考核的信息共享和系统集成化。
[Abstract]:After the reform and opening-up, China's economy has shown a trend of rapid growth, and the competition among the major banks has become more and more serious. How to preempt the dominant position in such a grim contest to achieve the goal of maximizing the profits of banks? The management of the major banks has explored and implemented many mature and effective research and management measures, and bank performance management is regarded as a kind of management incentive measures with superior efficiency. It plays an important role in improving the enthusiasm of employees, strengthening the overall strength of the bank, improving the management situation in the north of the enterprise and so on. At present, many banks have developed a number of performance management systems for application, but for performance management, a large number of people do not really understand, the sense of official standard still exists, performance management only stays in form; On the other hand, many leaders do not know the difference between performance management and performance appraisal, and think that performance management is the consideration of individual, department's business performance and transaction amount, and the performance management system developed focuses on performance evaluation. Neglecting the practicability of management and the efficiency of management, the overall mechanism of the system is not standardized, and the effectiveness of assessment is insufficient. Based on the concrete research of the current operation state of Bank of China Qingdao Branch, this paper carries out the system requirement analysis, module design, database design, system realization and operation test step by step according to the concrete realization of performance management. The optimization idea of performance management is put forward, and the optimization design is carried out. The whole system is developed based on. Net environment, and B / S design pattern is adopted. The experimental results show that the system can achieve the functional purposes of basic information management, media distribution management, performance management, assessment management, message management, authority and so on. The input and use of this system has innovated the traditional performance management mode of Qingdao Branch of Bank of China, improved the working efficiency and service level of employees, and realized the information sharing and system integration of bank performance appraisal.
